Fair price for a genuine part. I found Daniel to be very helpful in ensuring my order was correct. Item has been delayed by the courier DPD however they are communicating with me so all good.

The part arrived promptly
The part arrived promptly, but sadly didn't fit my car. It was the correct part but Mercedes can only conclude that at some point the car has had a replacement bumper.
Refund was agreed and processed very efficiently and quickly.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Sent me a broken part and refused to take any liability for it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced - was literally made out to be a scammer. After requesting a refund I was quoted 3 different policy sections stating how they don't refund.
Will never order from here again.

Odpowiedź od Mercedes Genuine Parts
Please allow me to tell our side of the story, part you have returned to us was used old, removed from the car, had clear signs of use and written with permanent marker words 'OLD' on two sides, damaged with no packaging... Thanks anyway for taking time to write your review.

We have tried to contact you on multiple occasion asking for car details to confirm fitment, unfortunately not heard back from you...
Bonnet badge
Ordered bonnet badge for Mercedes and they sent the wrong part. When I got in touch with them they apologised and sent replacement part that day. Mistakes happen but it's how they are dealt with and this was excellent and that's why they get 5 stars.

Odpowiedź od Mercedes Genuine Parts
Hi Petur, as explained in the email to you, you have received correct part. Part number was superseded, hence different part number from what you have ordered initially.
Thanks,
Tom
