Purchased part on Friday 10/09/26 never processed called on Monday 10/12/26 to cancel, they stated no cancellation!! Originally ship date was 10/15/26 only to change to 10/20/26 ! Wanted to cancel nothing has been processed to their admission , policy states 20% cancellation fee ! Very displeased! Never will purchase again!!

Stay away from this company. I ordered parts from this company and waited over a week without receiving anything. When I called, I was told that my order had been lost and that they would need to create a new order. At that point, I told them to cancel the order.Despite that, the original order showed up about 20 days later. By then, I had already purchased the same parts from another company because I needed them.I contacted customer service to return the unopened order, which is still in the original box. Unfortunately, the customer service representative was extremely rude and refused to accept the return, even though the delay and lost order were not my fault.
I gave this company plenty of time to resolve the situation, but the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company and will not be doing business with them again.

I ordered a part for my car on the 8th. on the 16th I got an email saying they tried to contact me twice and because I never responded they cancelled the order. I have no communication from the company at all. I filed a ticket, and have recieved no communication at all from the company. They blamed me for not communicating when they didn't communicate with me at all, which is a huge red flag and very frustrating. Don't buy from this company.

The company says it sent me 3 emails. Those emails were never sent. I do not have any emails from the company saying they needed more information. This is a lie.

Ordered part number 000-820-58-08-64 which all Mercedes websites (including theirs) list as superseding 000-820-58-08, which is out of stock everywhere, INDICATING MANY FAILURES, including mine.
While they list the -64 superseding part as available, which I ordered, they shipped the old one. I tried through NINE DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS with emails, online parts requests, every technique they had to get an explanation. The only response I got was an RMA to return the superseded part, which would have cost me shipping both ways (about $30 on an $80 part), and I still wouldn't have the part I needed.
They wouldn't answer what was the difference, why the supersession, or WHICH ACTUAL PART THEY HAVE IN STOCK.
After getting the run-around for over a week with NINE DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS, and not finding either part elsewhere, I can only keep the superseded part, not knowing how long it will last.

I ordered Part # 002-477-30-01 at the advertise price. The order was placed into processing status, and a charge was issued to my bank. A few days later I received an email stating the price had increased, and I would need to pay an additional amount to cover the difference. I refuse to do that. Bad business, that.

Very quick felivery however the part was not the correct part but refund was quick.

The pricing on the parts is amazing, the shipping is a little steep but not sure you can control that. Customer support is HORRIBLE. Tried 4 times calling in go through all the prompts to eventually be told to go through the chat on the website. The chat on the website is AI and not human. I placed another order and 3 days later I was requested to sign a form that I agree that I can't get a refund if the part was wrong. Knowing that there was no way of talking to someone to confirm the part was correct part I needed I didn't sign the form so they didn't send the part. Thought it was kinda obvious that this has happened several times to others reason for the "no return" form. I still recommend this company, but don't expect to reach out and get any confirmation if your ordering the correct part. Come on Mbpartsgiant, you can do better than this.

It was easy to look for the part I needed. Checkout process was easy as well. The part was delivered in a timely manner and it fit perfectly.

Total scam. They do not carry any of the parts or have a phone number for customer service. Even their support member agreed to this and I couldn't believe it.

Box had no packing material in it. Box was all smashed up. I ordered the part from their website. It was supposed to be for my car. It was not. They would not take a return. I'm out $76.00. No I have to try te sell that part on E-bay!

Ordered a part. They had me sign an agreement stating that I was under no circumstances allowed to return a package because they are essentially drop shipping from MB dealerships. AFTER I signed the agreement, they updated my order status saying that the part I had ordered was no longer availavble and was being subsitituted for a different part (unrelated part that I did not need). No contact to confirm that I still wanted the part, no notification that my order had been updated, I just checked my order status one day and noticed that a note had silently been added saying that they were shipping me something I didn't order. I called customer support and they told me that unfortunately becuase I had signed the agreement they were under no obligation to cancel the order. Had to file a credit card dispute to resolve.

This place is a joke. The want responses to statements and send links that don't take you where you need to go. They flat oput refuse to respond to customer service tickets. Ask they, what response do you want from me when you validate a part number based on my VIN, ATTA BOY? How they sell anything with their verification email debacles is a mystery. Always looking for a good source for parts, this ain't it.

Super slow shipping never ordered the part for almost 3 weeks from the warehouse finally after my third phone call and then sending me an email week prior asking for authorization since the part was returnable they ordered it and then they shipped it the slowest possible way money, confined total time from order to actual delivery date three weeks with no excuse or apology

Ordered 2 oil cooler lines and paid for priority shipping to have it within 3 days. 2 days after placing the order they sent me a message saying cost of shipping would be $28.61 more than they originally charged me. Needing these parts asap for a customer's car i paid it. 11 days after the order was placed i receive a package from them that to my surprise has a lower grill section in it not 2 oil cooler lines. I call them which got me nowhere and had to resort to their chat. I sent them all the pics and info they requested amd was told someone would be in contact within 48 hours. 7 days later I contacted them again a d again no response until I opened a case with PayPal. They then requested pics and info for the 3rd time. A week later they responded saying it was under review. What is there to review, they clearly sent the wrong items and were just dragging their feet. 1 month after I received the wrong part they said my return was approved but I would have to close the PayPal case first which clearly was a tactic to avoid refunding me as they would be protected by PayPal as well if done properly. I ended up waiting for PayPal decision and 7.5 weeks after the order was placed i received a refund. This company has the worst customer service i have ever seen and their practices border on scamming. Avoid at all cost.

EXCELLENT OE PARTS , GREAT PRICES AND FAST DELIVERY. PARTS CATALOG IS PRECISE AS WELL.

Good product and good timing.

I ordered a part according to my VIN and then they substituted another part as the original was discontinued. Charged exorbitant shipping and the part took 19 days to arrive, wrong part. Could not get the part back to them within the 30 days of my order and they are refusing to give me credit.

Extremely poor customer service and anti-customer policies.
I placed an order for 8 separate items on the site. 2 of the items are delayed by a month because they need to be ordered from Germany. I requested that the other 6 items which are available immediately be shipped out now, and even offered to pay for a separate shipment of those items. I was told that their policy was to not ship items separately.
To add insult to injury, when I asked about cancelling my order, which had not yet been charged, the customer service agent charged my credit card WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM, without telling me, and then told me that they do not allow order cancellations or refunds!
This is an offensively abusive way to treat a customer. My advice is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM MBPARTSGIANT!

I ordered a cover molding (Part No. 251-810-02-15-9650) for my Mercedes ML350, but unfortunately, the part I received didn't match what was ordered. After a bit of back-and-forth with a delivery failure to their service email, I was able to get an RMA ticket opened. I've provided my VIN to ensure the replacement is the correct match, and I'm currently waiting for the follow-up instructions. Hopefully, the exchange process is smooth from here.
