Their product is eh…. They don’t tell you, it is in very fine writing you will be subscribed, they are located in London, UK. They will NOT cancel, you will need to cancel your card. Watch that several times they will charge your card, hence the reason you will have to cancel your card. They are relentless! They don’t do ANYTHING to help you or do anything for you!!!

My initial order was successful apart from the fact that it was a US site which almost doubled the price in $AUD . Noted to never use that site to purchase again. Then an ad appeared for free grass sticks so I thought that would be nice. They have somehow used my original credit card details and debited me with $58 Australia Dollars for a few grass sticks. I’m furious as I am on a pension and they will not reply apart from some email saying the cat placed the order. I haven’t received the items and I immediately tried to cancel and get a refund. Absolutely fraudulent.

I didn't realize that this was a scam. I was trying to find something for my cat to keep her health cause she is a indoor cat. Meowlys said they were having a anniversary promotion and your first would be free, I jumped on it. Come to find out and scam. Still waiting for my order, charged me 44.95 for my first order, suppose to be free. So I canceled my prescription. I never trusted anything off of social media, so beware. I found the same grass sticks on Temu for only $6.95 for i think 10 sticks.

No time to cancel , automatic orders pop up within minutes of going out , by the time they read your cancelation, they tell you its to late even when you tell them when they notify you its ready . They dont read it for 48 to 72 hrs when its already gone . Taking funds when you tell them not to because you've canceled , again they tell you its to late . Then they charge you shipping to return an item .
On top of that , no phone to call , complaints fall on deaf ears ,no refunds regardless ,
I first tried to tell them that funds were not available, they got it anyway . Now they want me to return items to Poland!

This Company are thieves. They signed me up to a subscription I didn’t want then charged me over $90 for an order I didn’t order. Now won’t refund me, this has been going on for weeks. BUYER BEWARE. ITS ALL A SCAM

Claim to be founded by a cat lover Maya to get you in. 99.9% sure there is no such person. Then pre-written or AI generated scripts signed off by Maya try to get customers who took the "free today anniversary" offer to subscribe to extremely overpriced further deliveries

They are scammers.auto subscribe without asking me and charge to my credit card for 39.95$
I never ask for order again.

Order never came and tryed talking to customer service keep giving runaround waited while and no package came and they finally give me tracking number it got delivered in different state for I dont even live 😑 I'll never get anything from meowlys never again they also subscribe to their products when you never signed up im glad I catch that before they take more money

I would like to give 0 star if I can. Be careful when purchasing products from Meowlys. In my experience, I was enrolled in an automatic recurring subscription without realizing it, and money was later charged from my bank account. I also contacted customer service but did not receive a response to my messages. Make sure you read the terms carefully and check whether you’re being enrolled in a subscription before completing your purchase. Based on my experience, I found this very dodgy company.

Both my cats sniffed the grass stick and walked away. They wanted nothing to do with it.

I spoil my cats, nothing is too good for them. That’s why I bought these for them.

Scam. Made my cats sick.

HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION!!!! WARNING....
I purchased ONE TIME, my cats did not like the product, so I put them in my cupboard and forgot about them.
A month later, I am billed eighty five dollars. And when I got in touch with customer service was told, I subscribed. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE! I DON'T EVEN HAVE LOG IN CREDENTIALS FOR THIS SUPPOSED SUBSCRIPTION!?
When dealing with "Elvira" in customer support, she was "polite" and manipulative. Claimed a refund would be processed if the product (that I didnt order) was returned undamaged to CHINA!?!? The product came from Ontario Canada, (I am in British Columbia), and they want me to pay for shipping to CHINA! another part of the scam...
DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH BEING BILLED MONTHLY!!!

The only reason why this company gets two stars is because my cat loves these. The problem I am having is that I placed an order at 8:50 this morning. Somehow there was a mistake and it added a premium upgrade to my order. After I found this, I immediately sent an email to customer support. 12 hours later they tell me that they can't do anything about it because the orders already been fulfilled. So I'm trying to figure out why was there no one in the office until 830pm tonight.

This supplier is shameless. I placed a one time order with them. They charged my card with 85.55$ for another order I didn't place. When I asked them to refund, they said I subscribed, asked me to login and cancel. I replied I can't login, since I never subscribed. They apologized stating they make mistakes sometimes and asked for time to process the refund. Nothing was done. When I emailed them again, they replied they shipped the order and I will need to wait for the delivery, follow a return process, only then they can refund. This vendor is shameless. Again another way to charge clients credit cards without authorization. Their product is not worth the hustle. Shameless thieves. More info : I returned the product and paid for the shipment myself, then asked for the refund they promised, as expected no news at all from this scamer !
