The sticks are popular with all 6 cats and even my little kitten. But not overwhelmingly so. They'll munch away happily on them but they won't demand more or compete for them. So I was a little disappointed. I won't be ordering more because the product is way too expensive for this kind of reaction. If the kitties had gone nuts I would have considered buying more.

Placed an order for our cats which did not like the product. Didn't see any flag ups that the sample pack that I just paid postage for was a month subscription of £37 for 10 sticks. Emailed quite s few times eventually came back yo me to say sorry to late in transit now in contact with my bank be careful when using this company
Good for your cats teeth and gut health our cat loves the product only thing is is that I'd say only give 1 stick then see how the cat responds my greedy kitty had 2 and he then had upset tummy
So maybe just use 1 a week as a treat

Great product for routine dental maintenance. My indoor cat chews on them daily without any digestive trouble, and her teeth look noticeably cleaner.
I thought I was just checking out the free trial. But turns out i was adding to the basket! Instead of P&P being paid I got charged £39odd for the extras and a subscription! However, a nice lady called MARIA, very kindly sort it all out and refunded me and cancelled the subscription. All's well that ends well.
There was a mistake in purchasing and I asked for a refund. No problems. They refunded my account and made sure I wasn't subscribed . Very friendly response. Definitely will be using the sites again. Thankyou for all your help.

I would have to say that I am very disappointed with this company. I did not receive any product that I purchased. I sent an email and request requested some information inquiring where the product might have been delivered if they had proof of delivery and where it might be I understand that things get misplaced so I wasn’t really concerned. I just wanted to know if it got delivered to the wrong address cause I did not have any product yet I was charged for product so I wanted to know where it was. I wanted to know who signed for it and I wanted to see proof of delivery. I heard nothing back no response and I believe it said expect a response within 24 to 72 hours I waited for four days plenty more than enough time. I sent another email today and I told them that I would be letting my credit card company know that I would be requesting a refund and how disappointing it was that I was really looking forward to getting this product because I figured it was gonna really help my cats, but unfortunately, their business practises have tainted my experience to the point that I am no longer interested in purchasing this product from anywhere not if this is how they treat their customers very disappointing
