This is basically a drop ship company. Goods shipped from China taking an age to be delivered. I ordered some sunglasses over a week ago. Still seem to be in China.

Don’t even deserve 1 star.

No order after a month and no reply to emails.

Absolute scam

Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered a pair of trousers which look nothing like they’re advertised as. Emailed three times to return and no answer.

Ordered a jacket which eventually arrived but in summary, poor quality, not representative of the item being displayed on the website, poor stitching, no labels for product care, sizing or material quality.

I am so disappointed. I ordered for men's winter jacket of £50 since on the 9th of Oct. Up till now no delivery. I called the customer care number. He answered and said the boss will get to me. But I called another day , the same number said they don't deal on clothes. I am so pained. Please I need my winter jacket or money back .

Fraud, cheap China clothes, no customer service, won't reply to emails for return . Only contact is an email. Took 2 weeks to arrive aswell. Money lost . Avoid at all cost . Absolutely shamless.

Do not use this company. They sell shoddy goods and make it difficult to return your items to get a refund. Customer care is poor. They will ask you to pay cost of returns (to China) and as I expected did not refund the cost of item. They are a scam. Avoid.

Shoes didn't fit. No answer to request for return.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a coat 27th Sept still abroad according to tracking. Emailed several times. Not one reply. I have told them to refund me and keep the coat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.... This company provides very poor quality (cheap market) at high street prices. The returns process is awful and they try and get you to not return the goods, by highlighting the cost of return to China and associated difficulties. I knew they were never going to give me my money back. I do wonder if the return address is even real .....

The customer service element of their returns policy is very poor and concerning.

I ordered cargo jeans which was of reasonably quality and I kept, how ever, the polo shirts are of a polyester composition and not suitable to keep, the shorts look cheap and the extra large jacket is only suitable for a ten year old and not an adult.

I very concerned that I will not receive my returns document, I've emailed Jamie at the customer service team email and he has not responded even though, we have exchange previous emails. ( It's obvious he is avoiding me)

The returns email has been submitted but I'm not hopeful of a reply, my only option is to find their address and send the parcel back to them.

This is why I don't order online, go and buy from a trusted and known clothing supplier.

This company will scam you and drop ship you from china. They are disgusting and what they’re doing is illegal. I am going to report them in every way I can to destroy their company

Scam website, I ordered a shirt advertised as cotton, only to receive (after several weeks, from China) something that was 100% polyster. Difficult to get them to agree to a refund, and then you have to send the package back (again, to China) at your own expense. Currently waiting for the refund, but with little expectation I'll get it. Avoid at all costs!

Again repeating what has already been stated. This company are crooks and will basically not provide a refund.
Even though one pair never arrived in the 1st place.

Do not order anything from this company. Their customer service is the most appalling I’ve ever seen. I ordered shoes from them that never arrived and when trying to resolve it they keep just responding to say ‘Congratulations your order has been delivered!’. I wish I had read these other reviews before shopping with them

Had to email 6 times before they would give me return form kept offering me partial discount and keep product. Product very bad quality (cheap).

Parcel came from uk distribution centre but I had to pay £33.00 to return to China. Very bad service

If I could do 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful company. Order a shirt told 7-14 days delivery. Hasn’t even left for delivery. Tried to cancel and just ignored. Won’t give any answers to me emails just keep sending an email saying delivery 7-14 days. Been told today to allow 7-15 days for delivery. That means up to 29 days for delivery from order so can’t send back as won’t have time. Had to complete a dispute through my payment provider. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

A bunch of crooks. Total rip-off. Just wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Just put both shirts ( which bear not the slightest resemblance to the pics on the site ) in the charity bin and have learned a valuable lesson !

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered something from them realise immediately I has ordered incorrect size so emailed them to cancel that order and placed a correct order. They came back to me and said no problem just return it. Considering I cancelled within seconds of ordering I don’t know why they could t just cancel it. It transpired that the company is in China! When both orders arrived they were awful in terms of quality and colour and the trousers were very short. I asked for return details, took ages for them to send them to me. Then realised it was China, cost nearly £18.00! That was weeks ago, then the package apparently was lost, then it was found again, now having already cleared customs, the paperwork is insufficient to deliver it, despite the fact that I completed all the paperwork and answered all questions fully. The package is now being returned to me. This has been over a 2.5 month period of time.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Clothing crap quality, impossible and expensive to return.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
