Made an order on December 5th , didn't receive any emails when it has been dispatched or when it would arrive. Attempted to call customer services no answer. Asked when my dress would arrive and was told they would look into it , after another week of waiting I had just been refunded. Would of appreciated an apology to let me know I had actually been refunded instead of not knowing I was getting the dress or not . Will not be shopping with them again. Replies to me were also at odd hours e.g. 10p etc , also told me to call even though no one would answer . Don't call save your money

I placed an order for a skirt on Sunday night. As I needed this skirt for Friday for a funeral I paid for 2-3 day delivery. I hadn’t received the item by yesterday (Wednesday) so I rang up and they apologised and told me that my skirt hadn’t even been shipped yet! But promised me that it would be shipped immediately and would be here by today. Unfortunately I have just received an email at 9am Thursday (4 days after the order was placed!) to say that my skirt has only just been shipped meaning it definetly won’t be here in time even after me paying for 2-3 day delivery just to be sure it would be here. Very disappointed and would definetly say DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Had my second order from Mela,unfortunately one item was missing,got in touch via email and the missing item was in the post the very next day.... excellent customer service
Had two jumpsuits from mela and on the two occasions that I wore them I had so many compliments... will definitely order again x

Love my Mela Curves kimono. It's a good fit and well made. Customer service was excellent. When I phoned with concerns it wouldn't arrive in time (it was to complete my outfit for my son's 30th birthday pary) the young lady I spoke to said that it sent next day delivery and they didn't charge me for it. Sure enough it arrived next day...fab! Would definitely buy from Mela again.

My dress arrived on time. It’s nice, really worth it. I’m happy with the service and the item. Can’t wait to wear it. Absolutely love it

On the day my order was meant to be delivered they cancelled it. They should have known before then it was out of stock. Offering a 10% discount to make up for it. Don’t think this is acceptable customer service shocking.

Do not shop with this company as they will rip you off. Ordered some dresses from them and sent them back the same day I received them, even paid extra to send recorded delivery. Took ages to get a refund and I didn't get the full amount back that they owed me. No explanation, no invoice, nothing.

Don't take a chance with this company, only gave me a partial refund on an item I returned. No explanation given. I am really annoyed to say the least as I only returned the item because it didn't fit. Did exactly what they said to do with returns. I feel cheated, how can they justify this?

Ordered two items of clothing from this company. When the parcel arrived it was partially open and contained one item and no delivery note/invoice. The dress had clearly been worn because it reeked of cheap perfume and was poorly packed. I've left them messages on F/B as they recommend and tried to contact them via telephone - goes to voice mail which is too full to take any more messages.
