MegaMow Recenzje

Best cut of the year so far done by Chris brilliant chap ( Kennedy Avenue ) .. took his time cutting the lawn and cleared up very well 100% Chris 👌

Callum was great, the lawn was cut perfectly for my new lawn.
Great service

The guys that came were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to sort my garden that was in a bit of a state I couldn't be more happy with the result thanks so much !

I was a bit sceptical to respond to a flyer passed to me by a friend but so glad I followed up. My regular gardener away and I needed a few mows in August. I went out to an appointment and returned to find lawn mowed and edges done. No mowings in garden waste either which helps keep space for regular gardening waste. I can recommend this service. My daughter met the gardener briefly and said very nice and he queried about the verge too so efficient. Communication is great and all questions answered in timely manner. Sign up, you will not be disappointed! I will be using again in future for leaf clearance in Autumn and future mowing at certain times.

I am very happy with the support
The chaps do a wonderful job and it takes all the worry away

Well organised. On time . Tidy and helpful operatives.
Great job guys.
Plus - Rob at HO very helpful with a recent account security issue.
MegaMow - a cut above the rest !

Excellent service. Really pleased to have our garden looked after so responsibly. Thank you MegaMow👍😊

Fantastic service by mega mow! Always a great service and leave my grass looking brand new, no mess afterwards no fuss. 10/10 would highly recommend

It was my first time using the service and I was very pleased how easy it was to arrange. I was very happy with the results and the work man was warm and explained things to me.
I am happy that I do not have to worry if the gardener will show up as has been my experience.
I have since switched to weekly cuts.

Easy booking, great communication, fantastic service. Has really made my life easier not worrying about when I will get te to cut the grass. God send

Very pleased with the friendly service and an amazing job.

They should be called Mega strim they don’t have a phone number so you can’t phone them

Everything went to plan. The lawn is already looking much better.

My first cut was quick, efficient and the young man was very nice and friendly. I had over-estimated the size of my lawn so now paying less!

Very nice friendly chap ,worked well

It's a sad fact of the times that one is surprised when someone turns up when they say they will and does a good job. I've had to give up lawn cutting for a while due to a health issue and responded to a flyer through my letterbox. As promised, a very polite and local young man turned up the next day very promptly. We briefly walked around my garden and he reassured me that there would be no problems. 90 minutes later all done. An excellent standard of work.Well done to Megamow for spotting a need and providing the service.

I cannot fault the service at all from the initial query on “could they cut the grass this week?” to the follow up emails and the grass being cut.
Billy did turn up the next morning as promised, he is a lovely guy, clean, polite and listened. He has done an excellent job and it already looks better than it has in a long time.
Customer service were also great, my questions were answered and follow up emails received in a timely manner.
I cannot fault any part of the service, and have no hesitation recommending MegaMow.
Having them take care of the lawns going forward will make life easier for me and one less thing to worry about. I just wish I had used them sooner!

Thank you Billy, Lisa and Rob
Excellent service all round.

What a great initiative!. Since we moved to the area we have had trouble finding a reliable and regular gardener. The lawn is always our top priority. Now that we have this service in place we can enjoy our garden always looking its best. They arrive every two weeks and are done in less than 30mins. We have a side access so they do not need one of us to be around. Just drop as an email letting us know they are coming.
Most of all, it is now much cheaper than employing someone by the hour/job!.

Highly recommended.

Very unreliable service and disappointing customer service. Was expecting my first cut yesterday which I paid for and scheduled weeks ago and the company didn't turn up. No phone call or even a number I can ring them on. I rec'd an email at 8.20PM saying they ran out of time and can't come and they will come the next day. Unacceptable for them to assume they can just turn up whenever they want without checking it's convenient and even more unacceptable for them not to turn up when they've been paid to turn up. I have not been offered any compensation for the missed cut either so just not happy with MegaMow service.
The introductory free cut was good, however, if you don't sign up for regular weekly or biweekly cuts they charge you for the free cut and they are quite expensive. (45 minutes work was £44)
