I ordered a hot tub cover to replace the one I had that was falling apart. I ordered it on Monday and fitted it on Tuesday morning!
It was not only a fantastic fit and a great match for the hot tub but it was also over ,£100 cheaper than anyone else on the web.
So, great product and service. I'll user them again.

This is a fantastic company. I phoned for some advice on a new hot tub cover. After a few questions I was given the choice of 2 different covers. One made by them and one by a competitor. No pressure, just the facts. I decided on their cover. I ordered it mid afternoon on Thursday. It arrived early Friday afternoon. I had been given some sensible advice on fitting so I installed it straight away. It did not take me long to complete. I had a problem with removing one of the fixing screws which had been damaged when the hot tub was installed. I spoke to Happy Hot Tubs for help in sourcing a replacement and they sent me a spare screw which arrived today. The service I received was very impressive.

Happy hot tubs were so helpful , I have bought five filters for my Hot Tub and none of them were suitable, I called happy Hot Tubs and Ed was so helpful and he found the right one. It fits perfect and I’ll certainly be back for another one.

The service was amazing from start to finish, and we absolutely love our Hot Springs PULSE tub. I would give more than 5* if I could. We had never owned a hot tub before. James and his team were extremely knowledgeable and patient, and at no stage did I feel I was given the 'hard sell' or being pressured to buy their brand. I was permitted to wet-test the spa twice so I could be 100% sure, and James did two onsite visits at our house to ensure the tub would fit properly in our chosen area (as we were sinking it into the ground). James worked closely with our builders to ensure the building work met all the requirements that the hot tub needed.

I had a custom hot tub lid made for a lazy spa toronto to replace the inflatable one so now the entire tub is foam

Took a while to arrive to be expected with the custom size but it’s a perfect fit and overnight in march it’s lost 3-4c without heating. Very impressed and it looks great

I have been having emails today with someone called Ed and he is faultless and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is all good the staff have great product knowledge so i highly recommend this company.

I purchased some items from happy hot tubs today from the ferring shop, I was served by Gary. I just wanted to say how friendly and knowledgeable he was. Gary originally sold me my hot tub and couldn’t be more helpful in doing a site inspection outside his working hours. I would definitely recommend buying a hot tub from happy hot tubs due to their friendliness and professionalism. 10/10

After spending hours searching online for a replacement hot tub cover without success, I finally called Happy Hot Tubs and spoke with Ed, and that turned out to be the best decision I could have made.

Ed was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly how to measure the corner radius properly. Within ten minutes I had confidently ordered a 7-foot cover. (Tip for anyone ordering: make sure you measure the corner radius correctly, Ed was brilliant at explaining how to do this.)

What impressed me even more was the delivery. It arrived just over 36 hours later. Fitting it took about 15 minutes and, incredibly, it actually fits better than the original cover that came with the hot tub!

Having deliberated with the idea of purchasing a hot tub over a number of years, we finally took the plunge (pardon the pun). Recommended by both family and friends, we turned upon on a rather underwhelming wet and windy January weekend.

Coming from customer service related backgrounds, from the moment we met with Peter we knew we were in safe hands. Peter was happy to discuss all available options, ensuring we found the right hot tub, without any uncomfortable sales pitch or pressure.

Peter matched our enthusiasm throughout the visit, and went above and beyond to secure a timely delivery slot. Peter continued to make himself available to answer any questions and worked around our commitments when it came to pre installation site visit.

When it came to delivery and installation, James and the team (Krum and Lemarre I believe) were professional and efficient, taking the time to explain everything on-site before they left (which was an experience in itself due to our low water pressure). Patience never waned, which is a testament to their work ethic.

Since installation, Peter has remained in contact addressing any concerns, whilst providing key advice around water treatment.

Lorna was fantastic from start to finish we absolutely love this hot tub. The seats are super comfortable, and the jets hit just right — great for relaxing sore muscles and melting away stress.

It heats up quickly and keeps the temperature steady, which is perfect when you just want to jump in and relax without waiting around. The controls are easy to use, and it’s surprisingly quiet, so you can actually enjoy the peace and quiet.

I'm very satisfied with the service received from Happy hottubs. At the start of the process in the shop. James explained both the tub features and the processes involved in maintenance well which filled me with confidence to proceed. He undertook a site visit to ensure access was suitable etc and provided what I felt was honest opinions on what works best.
The delivery team worked hard and carefully moved the tub into position through my neighbours garden; completing the installation by talking me through the chemical monitoring etc. Since instalation someone has rung to ask how its going and James from the store has emailed to ask as well, so I do feel supported should i have any issues moving forward. I feel all aspects were professionally handled and have no grumbles.

I ordered a replacement custom sized pool cover which arrived when it was promised and is perfect. I supplied Ed with the measurements and positioning of straps etc and it fits like a glove, and looks great. I can thoroughly recommend Happy Hot Tubs.

Initially spoke to Gary at the Littlehampton branch. He was really superb and explained the relative merits of various of the hot tubs. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Chose a model and the installers were also excellent. Really can't fault the whole team - would thoroughly recommend.
