Very straightforward, honest approach with no hard sell - just the promise of a great service. Predelivery was informative and the delivery itself was as promised. Simple, no hassle and we were left with a fantastic hot tub. Terry was great, very friendly and happy to walk through all elements of the operation so we were familiar with all the controls. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hyperion Hot Tubs are a wonderful company; friendly, helpful and professional, with excellent product knowledge. We are in Kent, a long way out of Hyperion's catchment, but they were happy to come and install our new hot tub and take away the old one. Nothing was too much trouble and on the day, delivery and installation was smooth and hassle free. Hyperion show so much interest in their customers needs and go out of their way to provide you with whatever information you need, through videos and calls if necessary. After sales contact is excellent too. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing hot tub from this super company.

We couldn’t be happier with our sauna purchase – it has been built to absolute perfection. Terry’s product knowledge was fantastic throughout, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish providing advise throughout my decision making.
What really sets this experience apart is the exceptional customer service. Terry went above and beyond, even returning to fix a couple of small snaggings without hesitation. It’s rare to find such dedication and attention to detail these days – the aftercare alone deserves five stars!

Terry and Eleanor are friendly informative and not at all pushy to make a sale. Delivery was smooth, we were kept informed all the time. We later purchased a heat pump which has proved to be a good investment.
Terry is patient in explaining the use of chemicals and how it all works . Would thoroughly recommend.

Terry is the most knowledgeable and most helpful person we have ever worked with! He goes the extra mile, has great communication skills, and went above and beyond for us to get our perfect hot tub installed at not only short notice but while we were not even in the country. He managed the whole process for us and really made it stress free. We have had a great summer in our hot tub!

Brilliant service from the start. The owner and staff welcomed us during our visit to the main showroom. Once our decision on the style of hot tub was made the order process and communication was great. They kept us informed of delivery and were on time to our schedule considering we had building works to do before receipt of hot tub.
The owner delivered the hot tub and installed it, providing full instructional tutorial.

What a great company, ordered our swim Spa last year and was delivered in good time to coincide with our renovations at our property.
Terry & Eleanor are true gems to the industry. Terry has been on hand with any issues I have come across either at the end of the phone or email and always quick to respond.
You can see that Terry takes pride in his work, from the first time I met him to the last time I saw him when he fixed my bluetooth speakers has been professional, knowledgeable and a true gentleman to boot.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Terry for the service he provided in repairing, cleaning and servicing our hot tub recently. On the initial visit he discovered the issue and told us that he would order the parts and return a couple of days later. It was also agreed that we'd have the hot tub serviced at the same time. True to his word, he turned up at the time agreed and did an incredible job. He explained everything he was doing in a way I would understand and taught me a lot more than I already knew about using the right chemicals at the right time.

Terry and Eleanor have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - we cannot praise them highly enough! They weren’t pushy at all, but gave us great advice and guidance so we could choose the best hot tub for our needs. The chance to actually wet test many of the tubs in the Hyperion showroom was fantastic, as you then know exactly what you are getting. It was a smooth process from ordering to installation and the training on the chemicals and how to care for the tub was very comprehensive. Also, the aftercare is second to none - they are there for you.
All in all, I would recommend Hyperion to anyone - excellent high quality products and fantastic professional, yet friendly, service and aftercare.

We've had our Masterspa Legend 6 hot tub for just over a year now and it's been a great addition to the garden - loved by us, family and friends.
I would not hesitate in recommending a Masterspa hottub to anyone - exceptional quality and with a very well insulated cover, which means it costs a lot less to run than we initally thought (and we use it almost daily for 20-30 minutes) - even wth the high electricity prices we are currently experiencing.
More importantly though was the initial advice given by Terry and his team to make sure we got the "right tub for us". No hard sells at the time of purchase (the showroom Terry has set up sells itself!). Also, the after care and friendly service over the past year has been second to none - Terry and the team really do care about their customers and it shows in everything they do - ongoing advice and a great service plan that includes 3-4 cleans and services per year.

We purchased a Challenger 15D Swimspa from Hyperion at the beginning of the year. Prior to this we made several trips to the showroom and requested a considerable amount of information before eventually deciding to wet test the spa and proceed with the purchase.
At no point during this process was there any pressure from the team at Hyperion and all our queries and concerns were answered and dealt with promptly and professionally.
The whole process from the purchase to delivery and installation was very smooth and we were kept fully updated at all stages.
Their after sales service has proved to be brilliant and they are quick to respond to queries.
I can’t imagine life without our swimspa now. If you’re thinking of purchasing one, just do it!
