Whatever life throws at you, it is always good to take time to focus on your connection with yourself, others and the universe and to move towards positivity and health. But this is no easy task and requires discipline and practice. So it is very helpful to have Angie Devi online with her Sunday morning sessions. She is young and sassy looking but don’t let that mislead you. Angie brings a wealth of knowledge on how to achieve this fine balance in life through meditation, breathing, visualisation and reflection. The sessions are only 15mins long but it is with like-minded others and it does help you find that deep connection. When you go away and back into your busy life, it’s like you’ve caught a bit of that glow from a little light radiating in Leeds. And you can practise to keep this light alive in your own life.
I've been attending Angie's Sunday sessions for a few months now and can't praise her work enough. The sessions cover a variety of techniques and concepts, and have taught me a lot. I had dabbled in meditation before, but it's really great to have the accountability of attending a group session. These sessions have been extremely beneficial to my mental health and I've learned several valuable coping mechanisms for different situations, as well as the capacity to face those that ought to be worked through.

These short guided meditations are excellent. The topics and intentions vary week to week, but all guide you towards a deeper understanding of meditation methods. Anji is welcoming and enables us get the very best out of the 20 minutes or so that we are together online. A brilliant way to start the day.
Angie was an amazing support and guide to me during some tough times. Her calming voice and steady, common-sense guidance was a real help. I still use some of Angie's techniques now and feel I always will. I would recommend Angie without hesitation.

Angie has given me so much support and got me through a very difficult time, she is always honest, empathetic and caring, yet at the same time motivational, knowledgeable and inspiring. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her if you are struggling in a situation of narcisstic abuse and need support to get out, move on and live your best life.
This is consistently well presented and beneficial for all who attend. It is cumulative knowledge and practice that is imparted very well and this means it is very beneficial to attend each week getting better as you progress.
