Medigo connected me with Bcare medical centre in Bangkok. Do not go there! While I was still in hospital I got charged a extra $1,200 AUS, which was not quoted. My breast lift was done through my aerola and my aerolas are now different sizes. Dr Anuchit was the surgeon. The Russian lady Dr ELENA who is not allowed to practise in Thailand was very annoyed with me for asking for a breakdown of bill, I also had to leave hospital a day earlier. I was then just put in a random cab off the street and sent to my hotel.

I wrote a email to medigo and did not get a response.
I felt medigo were making excuses for what happened at Bcare medical centre .
All in all a very traumatic and upsetting expierence.

I had a fantastic experience with MEDIGO. They were able to put me in touch with a surgeon that could meet my expectations and I wasn't disappointed. The customer service team, for me mainly Jennifer was attentive and responded to emails and messages quickly. I felt she had my back. I think Medigo is a fabulous tool to use when thinking about traveling for treatment.

Overall Medigo were efficient at finding two different hospitals for the face lift quotes that I wanted in Bangkok. They also provided good contact details at these hospitals. I would have found it difficult if I tried this on my own.

At first I was very excited about this service. It's a hassle to contact all of the hospitals on your own (even though you speak the language). Initially I asked for an endoscopy but they responded in reference to a colonoscopy - OK maybe just a mistake so I corrected the individual. Then I get an email with price quotes to a hernia procedure. Once again I have to correct to say I want an endoscopy. I will just be contacting the hospital directly for timeliness and to avoid miscommunication.

Just some feedback: I really like your UI as it has the ability to select the procedure (which I did: Endoscopy). I would hope that this would translate into requesting information on the right procedure. I really like the idea of the service and I think having the ability to track the status of my request online would be great too. The best of luck but I did not have a great experience.

Medigo was great. Provided many hospitals / specialists despite the short timeframe and therefore had a wide choice to select from.

Very prompt with responses, always within 24hrs. Gives multiple quotes and options which was very helpful. If you have any concerning question, please feel free to ask for clarification from a specific surgeon.

I am completely happy with my experience using MEDIGO to find the best clinic for me. They were always very fast in their responses to me.

While traveling the world with our family I started having symptoms that required a colonoscopy. As we are in the midst of a big trip I was nervous about my ability to schedule and coordinate care at an international location. I discovered MEDIGO through a web search and am very happy I did!

I filled out a web form with my symptoms and medical history and indicated that we would be traveling to Thailand, where I hoped to have the procedure completed. I paid a small additional fee that linked me up with a MEDIGO personal care coordinator. The care coordinator made a recommendation of a hospital and worked directly with the hospital to schedule and coordinate my care. I contacted MEDIGO with less than a week before I would be in Thailand, yet they were able to get me in to have my procedure done without any difficulty!

I am very pleased with the hospital MEDIGO recommended and with their service overall. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing to coordinate international healthcare!

Used this company for medical tourism for treatment on my eyes which I could not obtain in my own country.
My contact was Esra Issa who was brilliant found me a clinic a consultant
to carry out the medical procedure in a clinic in a country that made the treatment affordable could not ask for anything more.
My treatment was successful and this was due in big part for the advice and recommendations from Medigo and the clinic that treated my condition.
If you are considering medical tourism then you will do no better than Medigo.

I used Medigo to obtain price quotes for Dental work in Mexico. They responded quickly and efficiently and I ended up using one of the clinics they recommended. There was a very slight problem on the initial visit to the clinic, but that could have been due to communication in several languages,. English to German to Spanish. It was all resolved quickly and I have recommended Medigo to several of my friends.

What a fantastic website! I was easily able to search for what I wanted and compare options. I was looking for a dentist in Europe to make and fit the 8 veneers I wanted.
I decided on Hungary and chose one of the most expensive dentists I could find there with lots of good reviews. I didn't want to pick the cheapest and the prices in Hungary are a fraction of what I would have paid in the UK or Italy where I live anyway.
I have now had my new teeth for a month and I'm very, very pleased with them.
The reviews on the site and the price comparisons so clearly laid out were a fantastic help!
Update 4.3.19 - It's been over a year now since I've had my new teeth. I have not experienced any problems whatsoever. I'm still perfectly happy with my new smile and when my teeth eventually need redoing, I will know exactly where to go. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Great company. I used them only for finding a dental clinic so I can't comment on their other services but I found they quickly answered my inquiries.

We recently joined MEDIGO and they have still not responded to our numerous telephone calls.
We paid them £99 to assist us to find medical attention abroad and they simply Never return our calls. (It is always an answerphone)They do not have our correct email address, one digit is incorrect and I have inform them of this numerous times - yet still they do not respond.

Absolutely disgraceful - we shall be using our Solicitors to receive a refund and all of monies.

Doing health tourism for convenience and budgeting purposes is one thing, being forced to do it because you are unable to find suitable health care in your country for a life-threatening disease is completely different.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 36, and we have been in shock for the past two years. Trying to navigate the post-communism healthcare system in our country and maintain a normal sense of everyday life with our small children has been incredibly difficult. When we realized we would not be able to get the care we need in our country, I contacted Medigo for help in identifying a suitable hospital in Europe to go to. My worries were that the Medigo staff would not be able to understand the very complicated and rare case of cancer my husband is dealing with, and will provide us with a generic path. Imagine my surprise when Sif from Medigo was able to locate not one, but two absolutely perfect places for us to consider for treatment.

Right now we are preparing to go to Germany and undergo a procedure that would most likely rid us of this horrible condition for a while. Thank you, Medigo, and thank you Sif, for the support and piece of mind!
