FAITES ATTENTION!!! FRAUDE!! D'après moi c'est de la fraude. Je leur demande un remboursement et ils ont répondu que j'ai reçu mon plan et je n'ai pas droit au remboursement. Ce qu'il m'ont envoyé, je ne peux l'ouvrir. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages et pas de réponses.

I gave it a lot of thought but really can't complain about the app. It is far better than what I've been using for the past year and a lot cheaper too. Still thinking they should add some variety, more fish perhaps but everything else is great.

It honestly made eating healthy way less of a chore for me. The recipes are simple, actually taste good, and don’t take forever to make. I like that it’s not super strict, it just helps you build better habits without feeling like you’re on a diet.

Tastes like a restaurant grade meal to be honest! This has been well-made for everyone. Very happy with everything!

They auto renew without telling you. BEWARE

Fantastic service so far and a very tasty menu. If health is your number one concern then this is for you. I am a student and I don't feel like these meals are too complicated to prepare... rather quick and fast. Thanks!

It's a scam. That will take money fraudulently through a auto renewal that is not clearly stated on initial purchase. Then refuse to refund the money when asked to do so.

Do not purchase from this company.

At signing up for the 10 week program, nowhere in any of the correspondence was I advised it was an auto-renew plan. Signing up through Facebook means never having to go to the website - wish I'd checked previous reviews. Medieats deliberately hides the auto-renew factor. I believe it is also a law to advise customers of upcoming auto-renewals but they do not send those out so customers are taken by surprise when they see the charge on their credit card. I also did not like the recipe program as I received the same recipes every week, just in a different order. In 10 weeks, I only received 2 new recipes - the rest were all the same. Very boring!

No empty calories here, I like that. The program has everything you'll body ever needs. This was worth the money and I am happy!

They have lots of fish in these plans, at least in this one that was created for me and I love it. Nutritious and tasty at the same time... and it works wonders on my body!

Please be very careful. The website Medieats hides an auto-renewal clause in their small print.
If you purchase the first meal plan, they automatically charge your card every month without clear consent.
It is extremely difficult to cancel the subscription or stop the charges once they start.

In my experience, this amounts to a scam.
Please warn others and avoid getting caught.

Another fraudulent company that has small print that they hope most consumers will not see and authorize them to charge credit cards and get unwarranted money. I am so sick of these scammers and do not understand how they live with themselves

Very disappointed and upset that I can’t get a refund of the auto-renewal amount. A company that doesn’t provide a heads-up that original plan expiring is expecting to sneak the higher amount past an unsuspecting user. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Don’t trust a company that says money back guarantee and then auto renews a program without telling you and then says the cannot refund the money. Cannot or will not ?
This will be the last time I click on any program. Consumers beware. In order to accept the fine print, you need to know where the fine print is to read it and accept I. Disgusting service . Way to ruin your reputation.

I cancelled the subscription within the time frame allowed. Due to my medical condition I can not participate with this meal program.
I requested my refund $102.18 U.S. funds.
I’m a Canadian citizen and looking forward to my refund.I have yet to receive any response back regarding my refund request from this company! Now what? ……I don’t just hand out money!

É Fraude! Muito cuidado com a App chamada de Mediplan. Por 1 mês de experiência cobraram 14€, não renovável. Para além de não ter funcionado a não ser passados uns dias, a pessoa não tem como anular a subscrição. Como o pagamento é feito com om número do nosso cartão, eles cobram mais do dobro, passado 1 mês. Tive de pedir ao banco para bloquear.
Não entendo como pode ser uma App recomendada da Play Store?!
Esta empresa é da Lituânia e é um robô que responde. Não se consegue falar com ninguém....

Scam. Stole money. Refused to refund. I filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I recommend getting their local consumer affairs to stop them completely.

Signed up cost me 6.99 was told my 7 days trial plan would be emailed got the email and clicked the link and it directed me to download the app again once I signed up it asked for more money I knew straight away it was a scam so tried cancelling but it would not allow me do anything on the app ..then low and behold 39.99 was taken from my account with NO authorization i couldn’t access the anything to cancel
This company under the name of self discovery needs to be investigated .. once you email them you get a robot reply!! I have them blocked from my bank so they cannot take any more money from me

Scam!! MediPlan get you to sign up for a supposed trial but you can never access the app. Despite numerous password resets. Then they charge you and all of a sudden the app works but you can't get a refund because you haven't tried something for 7 days - which you haven't been able to because they won't let you access it. The replies to emails are not from a human - this is a total scam and they are committing fraud.

Nothing is easier than this meal plan! Its hard to follow it through tho but have to do what it takes. I am satisfied.
