Stay clear of this Company! MediEats, is underhanded and deceitful. I purchased a 2-month plan. There was no reference whatsoever to any ongoing subscription! However 2 months after my purchase a further charge appeared on my credit card. The 2nd charge was almost 3 times more than the initial 2-month purchase. I've had to jump through hoops to get this unauthorised subscription cancelled and the Company refuses to refund the surreptitious charge to me, stating that "a refund for cases like these are N/A as per their policy terms" What a despicable company!

Eles não deixaram claro que o orçamento era em dólar. Fui pedir reembolso , eles não devolveram o valor e cancelaram o plano. Qdo vi que não iriam devolver o valor solicitei o plano ( que havia pago!!!) mas nem me responderam! Paguei caro e eles foram mercenários comigo!! Solicitei 3 vzs o plano e eles não responderam. Absurdo!!!

Medieats uses abusive practices, such as an automatic renewal that isn't disclosed anywhere, and there are no refunds for these unsolicited renewals. You can't cancel the automatic renewal yourself; you must contact them, and they'll try to convince you not to. Be careful, it's a scam!

Nothing was right about this. Having chicken for lunch and turkey for dinner (or tuna for lunch and salmon in the evening). Grocery lists are impossibly long and expensive. But most of all you get a surprising 100 $ bill (canadian) for some renewal you never asked for or were informed about. NO REFUND !!! SCAM !!!

I bought it as I have some issues with textures and some foods and it has been great. My digestion is better and I just feel lighter. Recipes are so good, you can choose what you want and what you don't.

The meal plan was good, although I question the amount of protein - it feels far too low. My reason for 1 star is the customer service. It is a subscription service despite this not appearing in the T&C’s when I purchased what I thought was a standalone plan. The are stealing money and refusing to refund

TOTAL SCAM. The recipes are provided as asked, and honestly, they're pretty decent, but repetitive. I don't like fish, though, and that's a tough one for a Mediterranean diet.

Where it's a scam? They don't allow you to administer your plan timing and renewals, just charge your card. When I cancelled, I lost access to all my plans and have been trying for three weeks to get it back with not only no success, but with an almost maniacal determination on their part to not communicate or provide me with an adequate response (ie provide me with the recipes I have paid for).

Should this change, I would repost, and possibly give them a three-star. They honestly would have been four or five star previously, but the lack of transparency around billing is highly concerning.

I used it for a month and loved the recipes but decided not to follow the medi diet as it's not my cup of tea. The platform is great and the customer service is nice - I was given a full refund for the automatic renewal.

I have been trying to change my meal plan for weeks but I just get bounced mails.

They cheat us and renew the program without our consent
They do not share the terms and conditions through email when the deal is done. The aim is to cheat ud. Then Charge 2-3 times higher than the first deal. Be aware do not work with this company.

Menu was not helpful, nothing i didn't already know....but I thought I was buying a one time 2 month plan...no notice or agreement to an auto renewal....which was caught by my visa card and stopped. But now I must dispute renewal fee of almost $100!!!! I paid just under $40 for the 2month plan and now renewal is more than double. Pretty Sleazy!!!

I was looking for something that is easy to cook, but is still very healthy. This is it! The ingredients are also easy to source, you don't need to run through multiple groceries stores to get everything that is needed.

J’ai demandé l’annulation de mon abonnement et j’ai été quand même facturé le mois suivant .. sont rapide pour passer un paiement sur la carte de crédit mais ne rembourse pas.. lettre à l’appui confirmant mon abonnement et facturer quand même.. je redemande un arrêt de l’abonnement et on me renvoi que ça va être fait.. soyez vigilant ne réponde pas au numéro de téléphone inscrit sur le site

Bought this meal plan for myself and my husband and we love it. I started looking into mediterranean diet few months before and it had so much info online, but this app helped me to just have an easy plan without the hassle of looking for meals everyday and counting my calories.

I am positively surprised, they have done a great job here. Love the personalized touch, and can for sure recommend them to others. Thanks!

Olivia will steal your money. I cancelled this last month and she is still charging my account and when told and shown proof she said she would not refund it. No where to call, it is illegal and a rip off. Pathetic!!

SCAM!!! When you sign up they put you on an "auto renew". It appears that you are making a one off payment, but you aren't.

The App is okay, gives you recipes according to your food preferences. I wished the recipes were more interesting sometimes, but apart from that I liked it. I lost a few pounds that was nice but I was hoping for a bigger result.

I think 4 stars is proper rating given what I got. There is always room for improvement as said before by other people but at the end of the day it does what it says and you get exactly what you pay for.
