Easy to take out the competitive policy, but I have absolutely no idea how easy or difficult it would be making a claim, and I don't really want to find out!

There was a problem with the website so I had to telephone to deal with my renewal. A 25 minute phone call when they had all my details.The operator was very good but I thought that it would have been easier to renew than starting from scratch with a new company. But not easier, I may also have saved money by changing supplier.

Had to update a medical condition and felt like it was an opportunity for the company to make as much money as they could. Will be shopping around when the travel insurance is due again. Have already had a look and other providers will be considerably less.
