The shipping charge was $15, a bit higher than I expected. Since it was showing that it would be shipped via UPS Ground and delivered in 2 business days I placed the order. But the order was actually shipped via USPS and arrived in 8 days. I reached out to the company via email regarding the matter. No one ever replied to my email.

As it turned out I purchased the Defense Tub Transfer and received everything in the expected timeframe however I didn't realize that it would not function if you have a Claw foot cast Iron bath tub I put it on Craigslist for half price never used brand new but in a week no one wants it so it going to go to goodwill

Medical source offered a great price and product. So far it hasn’t solved my foot issue but it is still early. I wish the Velcro closure was more robust. I wear a women’s size 8.5 shoe. I purchased the small hoping it would be a snug fit but it doesn’t stay in place after less than an hour. I have to repeatedly remove my shoe and reposition it. I would not recommend it.

Good price and service easy to order.

Good: The product was exactly as represented and came when expected.
Bad: the way the ordering was presented I was required to give my payment for product BEFORE being told postage prices and options. Postage was ridiculously high but I was already locked into paying for it with Paypal ($16 for a very small lightweight package of 2 gel toe guards). I wanted to cancel it at that point but couldn't. Therefor I don't plan on ordering from you again, even though I like your product.

Website was not hard to navigate. Company sent my product in a timely manner.

It works. It’s not cumbersome like other products I’ve used.

I have called and spoke with a customer service rep, and sent an email requesting to send one item back, exchanging it for a slightly more expensive item. Today I called and there was no response. Please respond via email, text or phone call.

Really slow delivery

I bought my first heating pad about 15 years ago. I just had to replace it. I enjoyed it so much through the years I bought 4 more as gifts for family members.
Hope my second one lasts as long as my first!

Great product, works well and looks sturdy. Comes with many extras: plenty of filters, 2 sets of mouth pieces and a really nice case. Worth the money.

The DeVilbuss POC was excellent and very reasonably priced compared to other sources.

I ordered this product to help me transfer my mom who is paralyzed. how could i possibly know if it worked before trying it. I did not damage it. Now you won't take it back. she is on a fixed income and you have a horrible policy. unless you know what you are buying, don't ever buy from this company!

I purchased a scale which weighs me erratically below and above my weight by sometimes over a pound. I have independent verification that that is in fact what's happening but I consulted the company many times before the 30 day return window ran out and they completely ignored my attempts to contact them. Then they told me after they finally responded that it was over 30 days. This is pure BS. They wait until the 30 days is up and then they contact you and tell you the 30 days is up

Well, I read it really needed a new nebulizer so I was happy to get this neat little handy-dandy machine. It really delivered my medication much better than my old one, but after just a few days, the cup broke the legs all snapped off when I tried to clip it onto the machine anyways if you know what I’m talking about, maybe you could replace that for me??
I’m so glad I ordered it when I did because I had Covid and bronchitis together and it really helped
