Part of my order did not arrive until well after it was needed. I reached out for direction on how to return the late items for refund. I have not gotten a response.

Bad Service all around
I purchased my item on 12/22/2024 and I still have not received my purchase. It was told to me that it was on it's way on 12/24/2024 and it still was not sent. Then I get an email that it was sent on 01/07/2025 and still my item is not delivered. I spoke with UPS and they stated Medical Source has not delivered the item them. I have received very poor service from Medical Source. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them.

Great quality cervical pillow
Great quality cervical pillow. I did have to remove some of the stuffing, but after that veery comfortable. Came in a reasonable amount of time

Assumed it was one set
I was disappointed because unfortunately I thought I was ordering a pair for that price. I never would have ordered just one for that price, especially since shipping was so much. I realize it was my error not noticing it was one. I thought it was one set. Never thought anyone would order just one.

I contacted the email within 3 days of my order and wish to return the unopened item . your agent stated this item is a non stock item and may not be refundable. Nothing in your poliy states any thing about non stock items are not refundable
He promised to get back to me but the time clock is tuocking to get theRMA within your timeliness

I ordered from a picture on the website that said nitrile, and I received latex, which is not good if you're allergic to latex/ rubber... not sure where the communication broke down, but perhaps you should double- check with customer to be sure they don't have allergies before shipping order... just saying

I still do not have the bed cane I need for my husband. Medical equipment is not a luxury but a requirement for those who need it. I have emailed your company and not received a response I checked with fed ex and it shows the barcode is unreadable and the item is sitting in New Jersey. It was supposed to arrive a week ago.
