I started 2 months ago and so far I really like it. I can say I have had some concerns but they do help immediately. They did renovate their new web page and going through that new portal is easier to see my lessons! Customer service helps as soon as I have an inquiry about something. So far everything is great! If you’re more self taught this program is for you.

So far I love this program. You can pick up where you left off and study when you can. One of the many benefits that I love about this program. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a healthcare job and don’t wanna waste time and money on universities or college.

if anybody want to do anything in the medical field medical prep is the way to go. you work at your own paste and whenever you want too. there is no time frame to do anything.

The course is completely self paced so you can really do it on your own time. There are weekly zooms held by instructors and that is helpful. The team is also really nice and supportive!

I am giving Medical prep 5 stars. It is a company in which they are there to help you if you need it. As well there is Zoom sessions in the night or evening to go over what you read within the curriculum and lessons online. I really like them and the way they work. From the first night the instructor was very knowledgeable and kind. As far as payment they will work with you if you let them know in advance.

Scammy. They keep say they’ll review my account but do nothing. This is regarding me wanting a refund because I made duplicate accounts. They have no linked in presence or presence online at all. I cannot find any certifiable information or anything. Thank god I didn’t pay in full.

I’ve been taking the Medical Assistant course for close to 2 months now, and it’s been an amazing experience! Website was unusable and I requested a refund one day after purchase. The 15 day money back guarantee does not exist, and they seem to have changed it to 3 days. I told them I cancelled within these 3 days, and they claimed I took a special offer which waived my right upon the site issue. I did not claim any offer. They have given me $300 and their phone number does not work ! BEWARE !!
