Ordered the Ahni after seeing it in a friend's home and I couldn't get it out of my head. What arrived exceeded even my expectations. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The weight, the finish, the way the light diffuses through the glass. I've since ordered two more for other rooms. It's one of those rare pieces that makes everything around it look better. Wenche clearly put real thought into this one.

My order took 31 days to arrive with no communications or updates provided by Wenche. I had to buy and alternative light fixture due to the long wait, so when the light finally arrived I tried to initiate a return immediately. The customer service agent has stalled me asking for images, if I will accept partial refund etc., and after finally agreeing to provide a return address have not done so and ignored my follow ups. A complete sham.

Ordered The LED glass lamp for our bathroom and it came well packed. No damage or anything. Glass feels thick and not flimsy which I liked. Lighting is softer than expected but creates a nice atmosphere overall.

Received an item that did not look like the online listing. I emailed their team to initiate a return, received a return label on Mar 5, and the delivery team confirmed that the return was delivered on Mar 12. It’s been 4 weeks and I have not heard anything from the team nor have I received any refund.

BUYER BEWARE. No shipping update after 10 days despite the website claiming 7-day delivery, which is clearly false. Zero response to multiple emails, phone calls, and social DMs. Trust all the 1 star reviews: comes across as a scam operation, will not respond to you.

I thought that this company was legit as I found their items on a website with good reviews. I am guessing that the good reviews are bots as you can see here that almost half of the reviews are one star. My experience was that they do not care until you challenge them. In my case, after 9 days of no response asking for shipping information it took me challenging the charge with my credit card company to get their attention. The sale was disputed on my card; they were aware and then finally responded with a shipping number. In addition, they tried to get me to lift the chargeback. The tracking number showed the item sitting in California for a couple of days and I did not lift the charge. They still shipped the item and then they tried to get the chargeback lifted (via the credit card company). It's been a lot of work to keep challenging this - but I refuse to be taken advantage of by scammers. To add to this, the item was poorly packaged and arrived with a big hole in the box. I opened it to inspect it - the quality is crap. Flimsy metal, sheet metal cap for the ceiling, questionable wiring - it may look good but it is very low quality. I immediately notified them that I certainly would not be lifting the chargeback and they could send a shipping label to retrieve it. That was 8 days ago and other than their contact with my credit card company - I have not heard back from them. Buyer beware!

Simple design, but it really elevates the space. Doesn’t shout for attention, just works perfectly.

The quality is excellent and the finish feels premium. Looks great on the wall and gives off a warm, comfortable light.

Added this light to our hallway and it blends in beautifully. Clean design, nice glow, and feels very well made once installed.

Really like how understated this piece is. Doesn’t overpower the room but still stands out in a subtle way.

Total scam , they do not provide any refunds and stop replying.

Wenche has some really great pendant light options. We spent way too long deciding because everything looked good. Ended up choosing one and couldn’t be happier with the result.

We added the Ahni wall lamp to our reading corner and it fits perfectly. The glass detail is subtle but gives the light a really soft feel. Once installed, it feels sturdy and well made. Very happy with how it turned out.

Made an order 10 weeks ago. After 5 weeks asked what the reason was for the delay, to which they answered that the package was on its way.
Asked for further updates and then a refund, without any response.

Appaers to be a scam!

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I have repeatedly requested to return a lamp, yet customer service continues to ignore every message and never answers the phone. This is unacceptable. The website claims that returns are free, but customers are the ones forced to pay—highly misleading besides that I am not able to get simple instructions on how return items
