I am publishing all the details you wanted. Now ordering medicines from Meddibuddy is a real harassment. This was my first time and for sure will be my last time as well. Kindly arrange to pickup the incorrect medicines and refund back my money at the earliest.

Having gold plus membership. Supposedly can avail Rs 6000 cashless pharmacy orders. Normaly pharmaeasy or Apollo delivers on the same day to my address. But whenever I have ordered through Medibuddy cashless facility, the first delivery attempt has been a delivery boy with cash on delivery order. Then have rejected and re ordered. This time probably will be a cashless delivery but it will take 5-6 days at least to receive the order. Feels like I have not ordered meds but luxury item. By now I am confident that all these mistakes and delays are deliberate. This only create harrasments. In mails they sometimes respond by mentioning that you can buy by yourself and get it reimbursed. Now reimbursement is also a process where the website is full of (deliberate) glitches. Very frequently claims gets rejected and then probably you will have to spend 2 hrs daily to chase them until you give up and end up getting no money. This company has very well planned customer harassment machinery.

Worst app... Have gold membership and the consultation service is so poor. Very unprofressional. closed the consultation without any call or consultation with doctor. Patient was suffering with fever 103F and even after calling thrice to customer care.. No help.

Never buy insurance from this company, as they take your original documents. Logically if the hospital is networked and we want to claim the amount apart from cashless then the process is hectic.

I would not recommend MediBuddy if you are really looking for health checkup. Its an online robbery system. They give lot of discounts for complete health checkup and cheating with wrong results. They have tied up with their own trained doctors to give false consultation and making money. Recently I have tested "basic health checkup" for both me and my wife. The report came with pathetic results. It was showing severe problem for both me and my wife with Thyroid results. We went to our family physician with the results and he is not ready to believe with the results. Again he recommended us to test in other lab and the result was totally fine. So please please don't go with this type of online health checkup. Its a big scam. I wanted to understand will Bacchan sab doing test in MediBuddy??????? Horrible.

It is a big time fraud company. I booked an appointment for home collection lab tests in the given slot by them where I received the confirmation on text message after making the full payment in prepaid. Nobody arrived for home collection on the given time. When I called them to check the issue they said your appointment has been rescheduled after 48 hours (without prior informing me) and they didn’t even update me on this. I was on fasting from 12 hours. I had to cancel the appointments. You also have to chase them for your refund. At last they are least bothered about customers after getting their money. Their commitments are fake, information provided by call agents is manipulative. I can’t even vouch for the authenticity of lab reports. FRAUD.

Pathetic. I waited for a whole one hour for the lab technician will come to collect the sample but none came no one called even when I have called them no one has given me a proper response what is the issue. Don't book the test through medibuddy

It is a fraud and a scam please don't take any insurance from this company and infact they should be sued in court for fradulant practices.

Worst ever medicine delivery service I have seen. They deliver through Pharmeasy. If you direct order on pharmeasy, you will get medicines in 3 hours and also additional discounts and offers. If you order through Medibuddy, you may get in 3 days or more than that...!!! Totally nonsense management.

Overall your services are pathetic - its a long list. Ours is a corporate account and its not about one instance or one employee. Many of our colleagues and raised multiple issues pertaining to app, poor network of hospitals/labs for a huge city like Bangalore where driving 10km means more than half an hour, quality of lab partners, quality of vision partner, refresh of the balance, lab tests during COVID, difficulty in contacting right person, not getting correct information - the list goes on and on. It was outright frustrating. So much so that our company had to collaborate with Ekincare for COVID vaccines and they at least provided us some relief with their flawless services and great network of hospitals/labs. Correct your foundation 1st before marketing with big names like Mr Bachchan. I wish he knew how pathetic you are.

This is one of the worst insurance company,
Proper support not there from them & Long process for reimbursement.

Simply mail thread is going on,.... felt very bad

Faced problems:
1. Beneficiary details not showing after 45 days as well in MediBuddy portal
2. Marriage date : Unable to select marriage year, by default showing present year
3. Don't have option to select as a Mother while adding beneficiary details, by default showing as Mother-in-law

Pathetic service. Will not recommend it to anyone. Sample was collected on scheduled time but no signs of reports coming even after 5 days. Calling them is just a waste of time as they will put u on hold and give u same answer. Worst experience ever.

Increasing premium like anything and also removing medicines and essentials from cashless.. not satisfied at all and not recommended at all... I am paying 78k premium and still most of the medicines and essentials a are not cashless

The pathetic service you are providing. Yesterday I got 10 calls to attend Medical. And send almost 2-3 mails for the same. your Technician Name :--- supposed to come at 11:00.
He is late so I called him. Then he told me he is not coming. Are your company being here to fool the people. I booked 4 appoints with me.

From now onwards how me or anybody can trust on MediBuddy Healthcare Services.

Worst service. I have 2 bitter experiences with Medibuddy. Please Please Please don't take service Medibuddy. After submitting claim they ask for such bills which you could never have with you. The worst thing is that no body listens. The helpline people don't have any information about status of your claim. if you ask more or get irritated, the helpline people would cut your call. It happened with me twice.
