I want to make appointment with dr mainak chatterjee peerless hospital through this app seeking apointment on 5th August as they showed me his availability in 2 15 pm slaught i selected and paid his consultation money rs 900 through Google pay acknowledge the payment and informed me to send my appointment status 12 hours prior no message received untill 12 pm on 5th August where they rescheduled on tomorrow 10 30, I wrote them clearly that I am not able to attend the consultation as I am leaving kolkata tonight and return back on 11th August so please further rescheduled it on 12th August otherwise return back my already paid money but previously I e mailed they responded but I sent two mail in this regard but mail failed to deliver as the site can't be find out it's a clear case of cheating so I requested all.never make any consultation request through this app it's a bulsheet 😡😡😡

Fake. Not trustworthy

the website is super buggy and so slow , for eg. i had 1600 in my corporate wallet, there is no way to see what services are eligible for this 1600, absolutely no way ...even after i found them ...they are demanding extra, okay..paid from my personal acccount, still they cancelled the booking ...sent a message that refund is completed ...no refund has came...

Such a worst service, I think beyond this nothing can be happened. When I call medibuddy care, they are not picking call for 10 min and been disconnected for 5 times in reimbursement option. Finally I tried with pharmacy department, as soon as they pick up the call, they asked ORG and emp ID and they were unable to find the claim details. Finally i shared my mobile number and immediacy i heard that, my supervisor is call. I was like, why? they didnt ask my queries at all. Finally i spent 15 min make them understand the below issue:

Beneficiary name is missmatching the document which i submitted - where benefiary name is followed by father name but document has my husband name (this could be - i met with an accident and rushed to emergency and my husband gave his name infront of my name).
I am still in call - spent 30 min, and until now i did not get resolution. Ridiculous.

Strange thing is that, they are unable to find the claim num through my mobile number or emp ID. I have to give them one by them.

I just felt like, just money lie in the wallet, rather experiencing worst experiencing.

Such a bigger scammer and i dont know how corporate companies like TCS mediassist etc are tie up with them

MediBuddy people just deduct amt from my wallet and didn't paid to dr. And when i escalated this issue then they informed to clinic that the payment will process in/after 60 days
What nonsense is this why 60 days why not within 48 hour?. Aren't they a human or struggling day to day life to feed their family ? Also no proper customer support
Such a bigger scammer why these top MNC or companies are working them are they giving such a good amount to them just to being in and play with their employees money and emotions ?

Worst experience with medication confirmation call with Doctor Hitendra Singh from Hatra. I am ordering medicines since many months now when medibuddy wallet was funded with insurance, doctors were not bothered with medicines when patient is taking. But when am ordering medicines from out of pocket, doctor wanted to check each medicine when patient is taking after which meal. I told him many times, my dad takes medicines and not me so am not sure after which meal he takes those medicines, he was holding my medicine request. And after, Giving all info as well he was asking same questions again and again to reverify me. I told him am in the office but he was not ready to listen me approve medicine order. Very pathetic service and doctor experience. They don't wanted to approve my 4k request also and don't wanted to refund also my money.

Very poor don't trust these people, these are not trust worthy booked to 7-8 am slot no one responds, careless people these are not fit for medical field or support.

Took the platform 3 month for 2500 , on March 31, kept hearing it will be activated 24 hrs 48 hours, this has been around 2 weeks now, still following up, it has multiple help desk numbers but no one will take responsibility and key pushing that it's not my job, all will point to send email and that mail will keep saying send screenshots and will be resolved in 2 days, never resolved, it's a scam company

Bad bad service

I had booked medicines and it got delivered on time, one of the best app to use and book medicines, lab tests etc.

You guys think you are a medicine and pharmacy entity or comfort, lifestyle entity to deliver the product whenever you want.
Worst experience on my medicine order in metro city like Bangalore.
The doctors here Don't know to read the prescription also properly
Even though medicine is mentioned in the prescription, their response is medicines are not present in prescription and reject simply.
And even if order is placed successfully, they Don't deliver it for 3 days
And no update on delivery date nothing.

useless resource limited and over expensive

Absolutely rubbish service, cannot process a basic reimbursement claim for RCT. Demand unnecessary documents. Support is such a pain. If there are multiple dates present in the appointment cards in RCT and some have year being overwritten i.e. by mistake in couple of lines instead of 2026, she wrote 2025 and its not like just one such date is mentioned there are other lines in same report with correct year. As always support saw there are couple of overwritten dates now common is this come kind of banking stuff.

This is one of the many reasons why people don't opt for health insurance. It's just a scam.

Earlier their services were satisfactory. But nowadays they're not able to supply even basic drugs and completing partial orders with refunds

Worst experience ever they won't call back nor recive the calls we have to wait for 20-30min to get connect even after that their wont be any solution they will ask us to call differnt no as it's not relavent team, i did booked an appointment on reaching the hospital, hospital ppl said they informed medi buddy a week back itselfs stating doc is not aviable still medi buddy booked my appointment I drive almost 1hr and got to know no doc is aviable (it says all hospitals in my area is fully booked I don't understand how is it possible) now when Im calling them they r asking us to wait for an hr i dont understand how can the team behave like this, is this about health r something else don't we have offices to go? Who will take an action on them?

Medi buddy took money from Tata Aia for Video verification of my policy.
And even after 8 days they failed to complete it. .
Never use medibuddy

I don’t even want to give a single star yesterday i had a severe injury i booked appointment with meddybuddy they booked an unavailable doctor without checking properly we went to hospital and searching, checking in reception for more than a hour and tried to contact meddybuddy support no one responded properly
Firstly a lady picked up and she said she will check and ended the call again one man took and he said we’re different department ur requested department will contact u in 5 mins but no one contacted me

I can't give even 1 star such a poor service not sure how big organizations like CTS has tie up with them.. worst

medibuddy very greedy They acts as broker in providing health service. eg 10000 exp in surgery cost of medicine 8000 profit 2000 so we have to pay 50% or 1000 but they want 5000 of main exp of 10000
