They display 24-48 hrs delivery . It took them 6 days to deliver medicine. No proper reply from customer service , OVERALL NOT WORTH TO ORDER. Very slow response and delivery..

Very very bad experience, I consulted to doctor and I discussed about my medical problem but they gave me not proper prescription , totally wasted my month, I suggest to all this app is very very bad

Hopeless company. Never order medicines through them. Medicines will reach the patient only on his/her death. I have not come across such a useless and irresponsible company. I can't understand how the company came into existence and how it is allowed to function. Horrible

It's not MediBuddy, it should b called MediTrouble....this is 4th time have to upload prescription for meds available on their website but not available with their Pharma partner...just like OLA or UBER, taxis, autos everywhere, but no taxi, auto when needed as Drivers refuse to ply, same concept, Pharma partners refuse to accept order, so canceled...in the meantime they receive the payment, hold it for few days & then refund...clear float funds...

Worst service ever. And the customer care folks dont have basic common sense nor understand the issue. They just say "SORRY" .Please don't buy Medibuddy and save your time and health.

Third-class customer services. Not honoring TAT as per agreement. No body is caring. Co. can called as MUCH CRY LITTLE WOOL". and the Shop is very fancy but the stuff is bland Co. . Even not deserve for single star.

I had a harrowing experience with this company. These people are a bunch of cheats. I am a retired officer of State Bank of India and my Bank has entrusted these fraudsters to supply the medicines, price of which is to be borne by the Bank and me in 2:1 ratio. I'm having diabetes, hypertension etc. and taking regular medicines for the same. My doctor had prescribed a few anti stress and anti anxiety medicines for me. Till last year, Apollo Pharmacy was supplying the medicines and there was no problem. But, this year Bank has chosen these cheats and it has become a hell of an experience to order medicines with these charlatans. More than 5 times I had to call and finally a considerate man accepted my list of medicines, but out of 16 medicines I placed order, he said only 11 medicines are available with them and I remitted one third of its price being my share at his behest. Then I sent a message requesting to supply the other unavailable medicines by store pickup. After a while, a gentleman called me and said that he cannot approve of those medicines since it contained psychiatry medicines. The anti stress medicines (3 of them) prescribed by my doctor only were termed by him as Psychiatry medicines. I plainly asked him why he bothers about my medicines once the doctor prescribes them. I further asked him whether he received any directive from SBI not to supply those medicines. He murmured some evasive reply and cut the line. After some time I got a message that all my medicines for which I 've remitted my share of price too were cancelled by them. I immediately sent a message asking for the reason for the cancellation of my order. After some time I got a message stating that those medicines are out of stock and advising me to place order after some days. What an unsympathetic, inhuman and callous attitude! The non availability of medicines is a big white lie! This is the way these charlatans are treating us who are above the age of 70 and at the last lap of our lives! When I inspected their web page I find that no customer has a good opinion about this company and most customers are cursing them! I wonder how this fact escaped the notice of SBI and they chose these unsympathetic, uncivilised, unethical and immoral scumbags as custodians of the medical fund for the hapless elderly retired officers of the Bank!

I don't know how Amitabh Bachchan got ready to become a Brand Ambassador of such an Unprofessional App.

All doctors will call for hardly minute & they will charge you.

Medibuddy is the worst company dont buy their membership for doctors consultation, no customer service there sales man making fool to the customer

Very bad experience ... don't purchase Policy to Cigna Manipal OPD policy. There is very bad service Medibuddy ..All time medicins are out of stock and Scityscan is not unavailable ... Cigna Manipal company always Fake selling

Very unprofessional company, zero Customer centricity. No doctors to do full body checkup and lab test so they want us to come on a Monday morning.

The services are not provided by Medibuddy. Now they are not refunding my amount even. Half work done. Worst services i have ever seen.

Don't trust this company. you deserve a negative star.

The Company doesnt even deserve a single star. their should be an option of negative star rating of companies like Medibuddy.

First thing is that there are no pictures of the product, you are not sure if you are ordering a correct medicine or not.

Secondly wherever you are living in India, your delivery address will always show as Bangalore.

I ordered first time on 10th of December, firstly, they take 3 days to deliver medicine in cities like Delhi or NCR. Then after 3 days, i got a message that medicines are delivered wherever i never recieved any medicines.

I have called them atleast 7 - 8 times and have sent aleast 3 - 5 emails, but still i am not sure whether i will get the medicine or the refund will be processed.

Please dont buy any medicines from them.

Giving 1 star because there is no option of zero star. these guys have unnecessarily poked their nose into medical business just to cheat people and do nothing else. one more group of useless cheaters frauds startup. these companies should be banned from operating. if at all any good review is available then beleive me that review is paid.

Not recommended. Incorrect medicine and additional medicine which I did not order were delivered (also not part of prescription I uploaded). No response on ticket, following up on calls for over 3 weeks, they don’t have an answer

Bhubaneswar lab is not standardize at all. Results are unrealistic. I had to repeat test in other reputed lab.
Kindly keep the standard of Laboratory .
Staff should know how to run standards daily before start.
