Effective process
Fast and efficient service from assessment to order placed to delivery. A bit less cost than the other guys helps as well.

My order once I had it was packaged…
My order once I had it was packaged well with icepacks and all the information I would need, great job on that mediexpress! I am in Alberta so the company tasked with my delivery is Purolater, unfortunately the delivery driver decided they didn't want to work on that day as my parcel was never dropped off and I had to track it down that evening, its temperature controlled medication so needed to be refrigerated asap. I had to pick up my parcel, a half hour before closing time, I had traveled to the other side of edmonton. Mediexpress did a wonderful job and look forward to dealing with the company, 5 stars for mediexpress, i will be ordering again from them, they have my business!, no stars for Purolater.

I am so surprised it was so quick and easy to get started!
I found the whole process to be very quick and easy to navigate. I inquired on Sunday and was approved by Monday night. I received my medication on Wednesday and gave my first injection Wednesday evening!
I’m super excited to start my weight loss journey!

I have switched to a local pharmacy as…
I have switched to a local pharmacy as it is over $150 cheaper for the medication. I try to order and keep getting errors. Also having to pay for the medication upfront even though I’m picking up at a local pharmacy that I have to pay is ridiculous. Why am I paying for medication upfront that is not being shipped. So now I have to continuously what for refunds before I can pick up my medication. Should only be charging me the consult fee!

The package arrived without any damages. The instructions provided were very clear. The process is seamless. Three days from injection and minor side effect - heartburn. It’s very minor.

Meds needed to be discarded
Meds shipped purolator. Missed courier then puolator pick up closed. Meds unrefrigerated and warm. Had to discard. Not happy the pay for meds that were unuseable
