While the consultation questions are an important step, we also require a few verification items to complete the clinical review, such as a government-issued photo ID, a full-body photo for eligibility assessment, and (if a higher dose has been selected) proof of a previous prescription.

If your order is on hold, it’s likely due to one of these items still being outstanding. These steps are part of our standard safety and prescribing process.

Easy to order online, quick shipping

The online ordering system is easy to use. Customer service is quick to respond, and items are shipped very quickly. My only suggestion is that there should be a space for questions or comments when placing the new order each month, or the prescription could be ongoing until reaching target weight instead of ordering every month.

During each reorder consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to update your information and answer the question, “Is there anything else you’d like to share with our team?” Selecting “yes” will allow you to include additional comments or questions for our clinical team to review during the order review process. ☺️

We also understand how convenient a recurring subscription option would be. However, because this is prescription medication, each refill requires a consultation to review your progress and any changes to your medical history, as well as a clinical review and prescription approval before the medication can be dispensed and shipped. For that reason, we can only allow manual orders at this time.

That said, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will be sure to share your feedback with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve our services.

The company is great to deal with, but they should send invoices and proof of payment to their clients immediately after a purchase. This way, clients can claim benefits if they have them. Overall, I’ve had a good experience so far.

Very disappointed first time user

This was my first time using MedExpress. The medication was sent automatically and was delivered when I was away from home for two days and the shipper could not refrigerate it, making it defective. Initially I responded about this and was told I would be sent a new one since the place was then closed over the weekend. I still have NOT received a replacement and when checking in have a different person respond each time, saying they are checking with the pharmacy. I have explained that in ordering I work away from home two days a week and would time it for coming on days I am around; however, currently do not have faith in this being resolved or not being shipped with the same supplier on a day that I cannot pick it up. Communication has been poor and I have indicated I would like a refund if this is not resolved. I am very disappointed as I had been hopeful that this would be a reliable company.
