I am totally disillusioned by this product. It has gone off when Mum hasn’t had a fall several times and she has now had at least three falls where it hasn’t activated at all. I am unable to get in contact with the customer service department having tried multiple times in the last hour and a half. I’ve also left a message on the chat which I’m still waiting to have returned. Don’t waste your money.

I eventually got a call back from Medalert and to cut a long story short, the watch alarm is faulty and they are replacing it. Mum has only had the watch for about 12 months do this is. Dry disappointing.

Not trying to battle my way through the numerous instructions. Knowing it was being remotely set up for was fantastic. Thanks to Reina and the team.

After finding the initial process quite confusing,emailing Medalert and then a phone call from a real person ,Jeffery, brought sense and simplicity to the process.He was great.I would encourage MedAlert to include a contact number with the very limited hardcopy instructions,to help avoid frustration during setup by those less technically skilled!

Recently purchased a MedAlert watch which was exchanged for a MedAlert plus watch and Jeffery remotely set up the watch and talked me through the entire procedure. I could not recommend Jeffery enough as he has not only given us confidence but assured us of his on going care.

I bought my mother the Med Alert Personal watch , 10 months ago. It has been a godsend for piece of mind, as she is alone a lot. It has alerted us successfully a few times. We have now bought my father in law one, as he had a fall recently when alone, and he is so pleased, I feel we should have done it earlier. It’s a great safety watch with a number of features that he loves, especially the step counts and heart rate. The back up Team also terrific.

Bought a watch for my dad, he wouldn’t use any of the other fall detection options - but loves the watch! It’s easy to use and the setup advice was great. Highly recommend!!

I orinally had a 4g watch which became unreadable. Spoke to Jeffery and he organised a replacement and helped me set it up again. I am very happy with the service received

Fantastic team support and great experience. I loved dealing with medalert

Poor quality product and was way too sensitive. Follow up email after I used the app to set the tracker up was addressed to the wrong person. Wouldn't activate via the app. I returned it weeks ago and still haven't received my refund. Even though the product was faulty, they said they were going to deduct a 20% restocking fee. Nothing about this alert tracker purchase was good.

Don't believe this latest rubbish below. I already have this subscription. A (false) alarm triggered recently, and it took me half an hour to get through to the Emergency Response Call Centre Service. They were unable to identify my location at that time and were sending an Ambulance to my home address about 25 Km away from where I was. They failed to advise how this happened and have ignored repeated requests for a refund. Please don't subscribe or buy the watch as both are faulty.

Please if you sell a product for elderly/disabled people - which you do - shouldn't you make the app (Setracker et al.) more user friendly according to user type? As it is it soo cumbersome for most. Thanks.

User friendly product and good after sale service

Great team and great service. The MedAlert watch provides peace of mind that if my father has a fall we will be notified. With the added bonus of the 24/7 call centre service meaning even when we are busy help if always availabile if he has a fall or emergency

This medalert watch simply does not do what they claim it will do. Falls notification is too sensitive and was giving alerts when I didnt fall thus causing my family to come check on me. The BP, Oxygen and heart rate monitors are not accurate at all and the location data is a joke. It said I was 1 to 3 Kms away from where I was - not helpful in an emergency. I did send them an email outlining the issues and requesting a refund and at first they responded but when I replied - nothing from them. Am currently raising a case with consumer protection agency for a full refund. I do not recommend - Do not buy this watch
