I do not have any words for how bad and unprofessional this company and customer service is. The money was deducted from my account and I still have no information about the order. I have contacted them several times via instagram, contact form and email and I do not receive any reply. 10 days waiting time when their established shipping time is between 1 and 3 days according to the website. The contact form they promise to answer within 24 hours is useless as well. Would not recommend purchasing here.

Ordered on the 28th of November. Product wasn't shipped until 3 weeks later on the 18th of December.

It is set to arrive in January, which is a shame because it was meant to be a Christmas present for my dad. Very poor delivery service.

EDIT: My order has arrived and I am amending my experience from a 1 star to 4 stars. The actual model makes up for the bad shipping experience and my dad is really enjoying putting it together. It is well made and the tools that were supplied are of decent quality. They also include a lot of spare parts.

Some advice for Mecrob. Either announce poor shipping times on your website so that people don't expect it to arrive in a timely manner, or just use a better shipping company. It should not take 3 weeks from the order date for you to actually ship the order.

I ordered something on the first of December. I understand that December is a hard time for most companies because of Christmas but it STILL hasn’t shipped. I tried emailing two days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. I also tried messaging them on instagram and they’re not answering. Seriously buyer beware. I wasted 137$! I’m so disappointed

When first enquiring about their product and if they'd have instructions in English, they were very fast to respond ( within 24hrs ) I proceeded to order ( 24/11/23) the Time Machine Watch Robot set which I knew my partner would love for Christmas. I was away for two weeks and expected it to have arrived when I got back, but it wasn't delivered. I then tried to email Mecrob, no response, live chat on their website, no response. The app they ask you to download to track the delivery shows nothing about delivery status. I eventually found that if i log into their website the current status of my order MADE ON THE 24th OF NOVEMBER FOR A PRODUCT STILL IN STOCK shows as Unfulfilled even though payment has been taken, the product is in stock and I have an order number. Customer service is absolutely shocking, I am so disappointed as these products are right up my partner's street and I would have been a returning customer.

Horrible servise, never buy here. I purchased bday gift and after 10 days i tried check for ship update, no responds from company on chat, email. Replied on whatsap is out of stock, only after i asked. Totally untrustful.

Placed an order on 26th November, to anticipate the delivery time as the product ordered was a Christmas gift.

No news 2 weeks after, despite contacting the support team via Email twice (indicated on their website).
“We will reply to you within 24 hours on a working day”…Seems their 24h are way longer than the usual convention.

No response a week later. Had to contact them via Messenger/Facebook. Surprise, the mail cancelling the order is received 15min later because the product is out of stock.
What a joke. Could have been informed way before and stop wasting my time waiting for a product that is not even existing.
Or just indicate that the product is out of stock directly on the website ??
It can happen of course, but customers could be informed instead of wasting their time unnecessarily.

Refund on going.

Placed an order on 26Nov as Christmas gift.

Emailed them 10Dec to ask for a tracking number.

Responded on 12Dec that the item was out of stock and it would 1-2 more weeks before they could ship.

Two whole weeks after I order, I find out the item is out stock. They weren't even going to let me know. Only found because I asked for a tracking number. On side note, you are forced to create a shop.app account to track... if they ever ship your item.

Speed it came and just what the daughter wanted

Placed an order 18th November. Tracking was sent on the 24th but only after contacting them asking for an update. Tracking displayed in transit continuously so made contact again on December 2nd and received a reply 2 days later stating item on was out of stock and they would ship as soon as they receive more stock!!!! Have contacted Mecrob again asking for a refund but no response!! I’m down £82, please can I have a refund Mecrob, this was meant to be a birthday present.

Bevor auf dieser Website eine Bestellung zu machen, suche nach dem gewünschten Produkt bei AliExpress. Dadurch kann man 1/4 der Kosten sparen. Und so versteht man zumindest, warum die Paketliferung so lange dauert. Ich warte auf meine seit über einem Monat…

Fast shipping, great tracking, wonderful product. Okay, items are shipped from China, so do give it sufficient reasonable time - a couple of weeks was our experience. Also, be aware that the instructions do sometimes require a bit of "figuring out" rather than being clearer. To be honest, we are starting out with the most advanced kit - so we probably need to be a little extra tolerant. But again, an excellent product and experience.

I ordered the spider model for a friend to cheer them up. To say it worked would be an understatement! He was so delighted. The delivery was very quick considering it was coming from China to Bristol

I bought the "Spider the Scavenger" kit. I really love the idea but the execution is severely lacking. There were numerous missing pieces. Most of the parts become loose almost immediately after tightening them. This makes it so its impossible to display the piece. You must physically manipulate most of the pieces to get them to fit. More frustration than fun.

Customer support is not responding to my issue

The spider Kit is very good. Package is very safe. The shipping informations could be better.
We need more kits!

Main problem is no reply from support on replacement for a broken magnet and other questions. Lack of quality control led to several cases where I had to bend parts or enlarge holes to make things fit.

The final result is pretty good, but be prepared to do some fiddling along the way. In side cases significant fiddling.
