Very confusing at first due to my inability to see. Carlos didn’t give up on me and once everything was signed it was over. Everything was done thru Docusign which has been a trusted company for many years. The promise of communication throughout the process gave me a great deal of confidence. I am looking forward to a positive outcome.

Pat Batdorf was amazing! He was personable and knowledgeable. He led me through all the steps and told me a lot of things I had no idea about, like the fact that I hadn't signed a contract when Mosaic was purchased for pennies on the dollar by another company, which then attempted to get me to pay it. I honestly didn't think it was going to work, because I didn't have all the details of the original loan, like was there a warranty, and so on. Pat made it crystal clear.
I really enjoyed talking with him!! I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Clay helped us understand the next steps in the process and what to expect moving forward. Overall, Clay was awesome to work with.

I was missing lead with my solar contract and ended up paying double of my bill and stuck with a loan. The company is helping me by canceling my solar contract so that I can move on. They will guide me all the way and take care of my legal part to solve the issue.
