Other companies did the hard sell technique and didn’t give me the level of customer service you would expect. Knowing I have a experienced company behind me to cancel my solar contract helps me rest better.

The gentleman I've spoken to Eduardo was very professional and knowledgeable, we discussed papers i would be providing to them that I had in my possession, how the whole process works in detail and approximate time it would take. We discussed fees and even payment options. Very understanding.

Well i was very hesitant on taking this next step on getting my solar panels eliminated because I felt i was being pressured on this but i asked to do a video chat where I could see who i was talking to. After I did a video chat I saw Alex really cared about my situation I was in. I been through this twice and I had bad experiences. So after doing a video chat I see Alex really was here to help me out about my finances. I hope this works this time. I work to hard to keep a roof over my head and I barely scraping bottom. But I just pray this works on my side. Thanks again Alex for agreeing to do a video chat with me.
