I was searching for some specific trainers, and they were cheaper with McKeever than some of the usual sites such as Sports direct and RunInn.

After purchasing I saw some of the reviews on here and thought I may have made a bad choice.
I ordered on a Saturday and they were delivered on Thursday using Royal Mail 48hr.
They are exactly what I was looking for, at a far more competitive price than their competitors.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. They’ve told me my order has been delivered but it hasn’t. They can’t provide any proof of delivery and are now ignoring my communication. I would never deal with this shower again. Awful customer service.

Ordered an Armagh Jacket on 21.01.25 for the start of the league. Said would arrive 2-3 days.
Contacted them a week later when it didn’t arrive. Turns out there was an issue with machines, then out of stock, then they said there’s a different coat so I ordered that in my size Large but was far too small. They issued 50% refund for the inconvenience, then ordered a different coat with a bigger size for me, this coat was far too big so took it to the Lurgan store where I had to buy another jacket to return that one and they would refund me, but only refunded me 50%.
So all in it took them 3 months to get me a jacket that said 2-3 days. Gave me a discount for the hassle then took the discount away.
Terrible service, terrible sizes and terrible quality. Stay clear

Made an order for some club gear, hats jerseys.
Arrived looking nothing like what I had ordered.
Was told I hadn’t met the minimum order for the products!!
No mention of minimum order or the fact it could look totally different than what I ordered.
Will never purchase off them again. Stick with O Neil’s.

Ordered in October 2024 for Christmas delivery, package arrived 2 days before Christmas and stuffed together with the wrong item.

Recieved a half refund and the promise of the correct item....it's now February and no sign of it arriving

All GAA Clubs should avoid these absolute amateurs and scam artists. They should not be allowed to be associated with the GAA. Pathetic, useless company.

Ordered a product in November for Christmas, when it hadn't arrived by mid Dec I contacted them to be told the item was being embroidered (off the shelf Ireland top from website) by Christmas week nothing has arrived but this time nobody would respond to emails, you can't get through by phone and to this day (24/1) nothing has arrived. I've raised a charge back to get my money back but will never attempt to buy from here again

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 6th January and still have not received them. I sent an email on the 13th January and have received a reply yet.
Very bad customer service.

ordered a coat for my little boys santa list on 21st november. at the time it did not state any delay in delivery. have been chasing it since. Got an email today saying the coat had arrived in but it was damaged and would a bigger size do!!! my son has been watching for parcels every day since christmas day - I could cry having to tell him he still won't have a coat. he is a super armagh fan.

Where are this crowd buying there gear from...jerseys etc all wrong size and quality of clothes are sh**e.

Ordered through cub portal in September, items for kids Santa presents , after several emails to company and phone calls to sales rep(only helpful person) our order arrived today 3rd of January after 3 months of waiting . Still missing one item , zip top had wrong crest on it and is way too small other club members had similar issues . No customer service only email horrible company will never use again minus 5 stars if It was an option .

Ordered a jersey on the 10th of November as a Santy present was 'guaranteed Christmas delivery' took the money straight away. Emailed early December got a reply on the 12th of December to be told I'd still have it for Christmas. As it was getting closer to Christmas I was getting concerned as my order status was 'unfulfilled'.
I rang, emailed, online chat, contact form and Facebook DM and could not get a reply. They kept advertising on social media so I would comment asking someone to contact me ASAP, my messages kept getting deleted and then I was subsequently blocked from their Facebook page.
Yesterday 30th of December I got a reply telling me they didn't have the jersey I ordered but could send me a different one, I agreed as I just wanted to finish any dealings with this company, and the jersey arrived this morning New Years Eve. Once dispatched it was next day delivered so can't blame the courier company.
Do not recommend buying from McKeever Sports.

Drove over an hour to the store in Lurgan to exchange items that was purchased online. When I entered the store I went to the counter and give the cashier my items along with the online receipt and I asked her if I could get an exchange for different sizes(I was not looking a refund) she explained that was fine as long as I’d my online receipt. I spent some time upstairs picking the new items only to come back down stairs and be told that I actually can’t exchange items purchased online. Could I not of been told this when I first went it?? The girls were helpful but this is a shocking system in this day and age that you can just exchange the items in store when the same items are still sold in the store.I left the store with nothing as the cashier took my items to send to the warehouse to then wait for a refund and to repurchase myself in probably 2-3weeks considering the Christmas/Newyear holidays. Terrible service!! And can I just note one the items was a Armagh gillet age 12-13, my son is 9 and it was like a belly top on him. If the clothes were actually true to size maybe so many items wouldn’t have to be returned.

Also disappointing service. Now 2 months on .
Delivery was promised before Xmas but still not even dispatched.If delivery cannot be met then customers need to be informed . Would not recommend.

Feel extremely disappointed and let down by this company.
Ordered a christmas item on 12/12/24 with it being advertised on their website last day for shipping ordered 20/12/24 - so 7-8 days to sort one item.
Unfortunately the item still hasnt been shipped.
To make the company even more disappointing i did contact customer service on 18/12/24 as i was concerned and I do have an email reply stating my item was due to dispatch 18th or 19th and like i said still hasnt been shipped.
Extremely disappointed and let down. Would not use again and would not recommend. Unable to keep to their own shipping times - and i note from the other reviews there are multiple let down customers

Very disappointing service. Delivery was promised but unfortunately now won't get the Jersey I ordered as a Christmas present as not even dispatched. When I called, a voice recording said to email as too busy to take calls. If a delivery cannot be met then customers need to be told. Misleading information sent by email. Would not recommend.

I still have had no response to any of my emails querying my order i placed at the start of December, there is no excuse for this length of delivery time,, you are a local business we thought we could trust and wanted to support but guys do not use this store, buy elsewhere, money taken immediately and weeks later no products, no updates, nothing, i will never use this store again, so i advise others to do the same, i also notice you can reply to the complimentary reviews but your ignore all others, Funny that, shows you are available to speak to your customers but you are choosing not to..

The club I'm with set up a portal for xmas order....heavily pushed in order to get everything sorted early which was a great idea. We ordered on 14th October the day the portal closed. We got an email today 19th to say the items wouldn't all be shipped on time....despite receiving an email the 16th being told not to worry all would be there in time for xmas. Complete let down, I'd have learned out to make the garments myself in the 2 months since I ordered. And a 50% discount on what hasn't arrived on time is useless for kids xmas presents.

Poor customer service.. slow delivery times. When placing orders long time frames are not mentioned. No updates. No help.. safer going into a store and purchasing..Don't use the online site and if you have to shop online. Don't do it here. Save urself the heartache and the late deliveries..
