I was initially a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say I’ve had a really great experience. My trainers arrived very quickly and the communication throughout was excellent. I’m very happy with both the service and the product, and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Couldn't praise McKeever highly. Purchased a hoodie from a d range but the head was far too tight for my son and had difficulty getting this on and off. With no hesitation I got a replacement and I found their customer service supremem. Well donevMC keever I will deffo be purchasing from you again ☺️.

They are simply a terrible company to deal with. No response from customer service and no updates on order progress. Waiting weeks for my child’s hurling jersey. I’d suggest any club using them move to O’Neills or someone else asap.

I wish I had read the previous reviews in relation to delivery issues and very poor customer service. I placed an order that took over 5 weeks to arrive. Was told a few days before parcel arrived that one or two of the items were now unavailable despite having paid for them 5 weeks earlier. Was offered an alternative to one of the items ordered but when it arrived, it was not the item I had expected. Very difficult company to deal with as customer service is so bad.

This company got a contract with a school in Galway, I ordered in July and still no crested tracksuit and customer service, now that is another story, horrible to deal with. Still not resolved won’t refund me and the most annoying thing is we were told by the school we wouldn’t be able to purchase the crested bottoms anywhere else . This was incorrect, I recently purchased a tracksuit bottom with the school crest on it from our local school wear shop. When I contacted Customer service regarding the false information given to parents of school children, informed there a bespoke tracksuit bottom. To be honest bespoke doesn’t mean, waiting over two months and I did get a tracksuit bottom in my local school wear, waited three days for crest and they are prefect. A shambles of a company and why are they getting these contracts and pushing out our local shops. Oh and the price was the same in our local school wear shop.

I ordered a pair of shoes off them which were no longer in stock. They did not mention this on the website and requested a few days later that I choose a different pair in the same price point. They gave me a full refund which I can’t fault them for after I rang them. However the shoes are still being advertised online as being in stock. Be wary.

Placed and paid for an order on April 13th, today is July 23rd and still waiting for my order to be delivered. Partial delivery was made on July 18th but items were missing and some items were the wrong size. Paid €8 also for delivery fee.

Just coming here to write a positive review after my order of some trainers was delivered today. Before ordering I read some of the reviews on TrustPilot, and was uncertain about placing an order, but decided to take a chance...and everything was fine. Easy ordering, quick shipping and I got exactly what I ordered for the cheapest price I found when shopping around. Obviously a super simple order but just wanted to share my experience.
