***AVOID***. Paid over £6 for Royal Mail Tracked 24H delivery for a birthday. Ordered on a Friday and received midday the following Wednesday. Advised that for the cost and the description of "24H" delivery that this was unacceptable. The response was that there was nothing they could do and that was basically that. Advised that they should highlight that a "24H" postage option isn't 24 hour delivery but 4 day delivery. Also refund a customer for the postage if they have had to wait over 4 days. Will not be a returning customer.

On checking back through your order history I can see you ordered on Saturday 12th @10.45am which is why your order wasn't dispatched until the Monday 14th as we don't dispatch parcels over the weekend.
Royal Mail's first class tracked service is called Royal Mail Tracked 24 but unfortunately it doesn't show anywhere online that it is a guaranteed 24 hour service and is advertised as follows: *Royal Mail Tracked24 AIMS to deliver packages within 24 hours, and includes the ability to track your delivery online*
We dispatched your order as planned but unfortunately it did take Royal Mail the 2 working days to deliver to your address

Great running shoe purchase
Ordered a pair of New Balance Nitrel V4 from McKeever / GAAstore for towpaths, parks and 'light trail' use. Great price and fast delivery. No complaints at all. Shoes fit nicely and are well-suited to the type of terrain above. Would repeat purchase without hesitation.

Zero communication, order canceled without any info.
Ordered a protective spray with fastest shipping available.
Fast forward to day it was supposed to arrive, and get a message from PayPal, not the seller, about refund. Not one single message from seller the entire time.
And no, my money back isn't a solution. I didn't get my product, OF COURSE I WAS GETTING MY MONEY BACK! THAT IS NOT A FAVOR!
So much for customer service.
Sure, I'll edit. I was notified by PayPal on 3/8/22 @ 6:48am about a refund on package SUPPOSED to be delivered on 3/9/22. ONLY AFTER I posted a review, and an unpleasant email was I finally contacted by store on 3/9/22 @ 4:22am. This is EXACTLY as it happened. With a b.s. excuse none the less, about carrier not shipping items. Odd, exact same carrier, from a DECENT store, and it's already on the way.
You reply to 4% of negative reviews, and want people to think what of your customer service?

On checking on your order I can see we have emailed you and also refunded you in full as you had ordered an aerosol and we had just been informed that the courier has updated their terms to advise that no aerosol's can be sent via airmail so unfortunately your order could not be sent
