Our property in Cockenzie (EH32) was only on the market for a month before we accepted a formal offer, which is a fantastic result. Jamie’s expertise clearly made a real difference. Great service from McEwan Fraser. I had the house on the market with another agent for 6m. Must’ve had approx 20 viewings, very little feedback and zero offers. Within 2 - 3 weeks had an informal offer which was agreeable and accepted. Above that the support from Elvira and in particular Mike (Michael) who gave solid advice throughout the process, was not pushy at all when I was weighing things up. No, they might not be the cheapest but they are incredibly efficient, the service is great and the dashboard they use is great, gives you a breakdown of how your property is going for views, home reports requested, a handy calendar for viewings and a feedback section showing you verbatim customer feedback.
