Ghosted
Contacted main office and was put in touch with a local agent to discuss selling my property. After a positive discussion they said they would look up my property and get back in touch. They didn't.
I left a message as you never know if they might be ill etc. No response. Tried once more. Nothing.
Emailed head office to enquire/inform them. No reply.
Can only conclude they were not keen on my property- how rude and how cynical.

We Made The Right Choice With McEwan Fraser Legal
From day 1 we knew we had made the right choice choosing McEwan Fraser Legal to sell our property in Balnageith Rise Forres. Nadia Hulmes is absolutly the best and has supported us through the whole selling process. Everyone at McEwan Fraser Legal are friendly, supportive, very professional and get things done. Eviction/Payment Action
After a very difficult period with a tenant refusing to leave the property and also refusing to pay rent, We made the decision to take legal action.
A search came up with McEwan Fraser Legal and a contact page.
Shortly after, I received a call from Rosaleen Doyle (Roz).
Roz listened patiently during a lengthy call as i explained all the details including, non-payment of rent, refusal to leave and also damages to the property, Roz then gave an easy to understand explanation of the process and expected timescales.
We decided to proceed and started the process, with Roz providing the guidance and expertise required to get us through the various admin involved.
During our calls, I found Roz to be supportive when discussing the business details, but also during the personal times when it felt like the stress and anxiety of the situation felt overpowering.
With Roz representing us at the tribunal, we were granted the eviction order, and a payment agreement for the arrears.
I have no doubt at all, that we wouldn’t have reached this eviction without the assistance Roz provided and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in the same situation.
We have our house back

We recently sold our house at Osprey Crescent in Paisley with McEwan Fraser Legal. Our experience was second to none and I would have no trouble in recommending this company to anyone. A special thanks to the estate agent Jonny Clifford who made the whole process seamless. He came out to see us on a Sunday evening, it’s the only availability we had and we couldn’t find anyone who could accommodate us at this time. He was very presentable and knowledgeable about the local area, he gave us a good deal to package everything together under the one roof, which ended up saving us a good amount and making the process less complicated. We also had a great service from Wiktoria who helped us negotiate the offer on the last day. All in all, I would certainly recommend this company if you are looking to sell in Paisley
