fix the DAMN ICE CREAM MACHINE

i swear to god i don't want to drive up to mcdonalds after they're heavily promoting the 1$ vanilla cone, and then proceed to be told that the ice cream machine is broken. i want a oreo mcflurry? broken. a nice chilly chocolate milkshake? broken. i am so tired of this. have a position dedicated to fix the ice cream machine or something! just something so i can have my precious delicious ice cream. terrible service.

Used to work here not a good workplace had one manger scream at me and then my boyfriend got fired for missing one day of work because they don’t answer the phones but a guy that doesn’t show up for half his shifts doesn’t get fired non of the workers wear gloves or wash chicken nuggets are never fully cooked either.hoping they can change and be more clean:)

Honestly, I couldn't bear the distaste and absolute STINK coming from their burger, so I passed out. But let's rewind to when I ordered my meal.

It's a nice sunny day and I was going to treat myself with a meal from McDonalds which I'd never had before. I walk into the McDonalds and INSTANTLY hear someone MOANING from the back! MOANS and GROANS coming from the back of the building, EXTREMELY LOUD!!!

Anyways, I ignored it. I went over and ordered my food and then went to the table, sat down and began diving in. While I'm eating I just start to feel something off about the burger. It stinks... it's distasteful and it's moldy.

Eating the burger was too hard so I went into a 1 week coma. F!ck you McDonalds!!

This is more of a question regarding quality control. When did Mayor McCheese pass away? Under the McCheese administration the quality of your food was second to none in the low stakes world that is fast food, but these days it's as if the very much unqualified Grimace has been lured from his lair and handed the spatula, as it would appear that the food has been "flippered" into the boxes and squirted with Thousand Island dressing at distance. Over-priced, often cold and served by a surly disinterested 17 year old was something that I now long for, alas this is now but a grease stained memory- your food such that it is, is over-priced, often cold but served by an albeit, slightly better dressed adult. The fix? Reduce *some* of the prices, allow for more reduced costs for seniors and instill pride among your staff when preparing the food that, let's be honest, none of us should be putting in our bodies in the first place.

I HAVE BEEN SAVING COFFEE CARDS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW BUT MACDONALDS WITH NO WARNING STOPPED ACCEPTING THE CARDS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NO EXPIRATION DATE ON THEM. I FFE LIKE THEY STOLE FROM ME. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID WE QUIT ACCEPTING THEM ON FEB.28 EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT HAVE A EXPIRATION DATE.. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING

Just ordered "HOT" Cakes & Sausage at McDonalds@ Mt.Lehman location in Abbotsford.
This is probably, no it is the worst service and food quality I have ever had. The food was served incomplete, I had to go back to the front counter to get the missing items, only to wait again because it got busy, by the time I got back to my table the food was cold. I could not eat it left the garbage on the table, which is against my way of doing things aand walked out. The least they can do is clean up the mess for their less tha enadequate service.

Just finished eating a cold dinner because I had to back to the store to pick up what was not given to me in the drive through. If I wasn't so hungry I would have just thrown it out. I avoided the Queen street location for over a year because most times my order was never right. On my way to work I just can't go back. Well I won't be back.

My husband and I went to the McDonald’s on Burnhamthorpe and Westlock and boy what a disappointment. We ordered the 2 can dine(quarter pounder with cheese). We requested bbq sauce and were told that we had to pay .25 for each sauce..who pays for condiments?? We asked for ketchup and got 4 packets…we ate in the parking lot and fries were old and cold and the quarter pounder was cold and the patty was so small…I told my husband this is the last time I’m eating at McD’s again..prices are outrageous and quality of food is awful. McD’s is all abt expensive food with no taste at all. I gave them a star cause I had to not because I wanted to…..

Generally we liked and I write again, we liked to buy foods in Mcdonalds although on many occasions fries were cold and for example medium lattes we bought yesterday were lukewarm although it was minus 15 C outside.
Below I just cite the reason why I am not going to buy anything in MacDonald's Canada this year. If not for that I would give macdonald's tree stars mark

Just to let you know I am fully vaccinated and I am outraged with Ronald Mcdonald Vancover Centre policies. This is why you are not going to see a single cent from my pocket this year.

At approximately 12:30 I went into the store to purchase lunch for my children, my wife, and myself, I ordered what I always order for our family all was going well with the person who was assisting me, then a woman, her name tag said "Sam First Manager" came over and asked me to produce ID, with a signature that must match the signature on my credit card, she then asked me to sign a piece of paper so she could compare signature. This happened while the other customers stood there dumbfounded. She said this was the policy of Mcdonald's if the order was over $25, then ID must be provided and signature matched, not one of the customers in front of me or after me was put through such a humiliating task. After requesting my signature I said, “not a chance in hell”. Not a f----- chance, please excuse my language. I then pulled out my credit card and demanded a refund, but she would not give me one, if this did not happen to me I would say it was a joke, if some of the other patrons had not approached me by the fountain to offer their support and contact information, I would think this was a dream, that had turned into a nightmare. I ended up having to take the order, I went to put the drinks in my truck and one of the employees brought it out to me and attempted to apologize. After everything that occurred I could not even get a refund, I was forced to take the product. Now the question is how was I forced to take the product? There is no doubt in my mind why she refused to refund my money, she saw how angry I was at what was happening, and she thought by refusing my refund I would have been that much angrier, and then in a rage or blinded by emotions and anger, I would have then done something stupid so she could then call the police. magine how that would have turned out had I taken the bait “Blackman, Money, McDonald's, Police”. Yes, the next words would have been shot dead, as in Black man shot dead at McDonald’s, for trying to get money. We all know the most likely outcome for any interaction where a black man and police are involved, If you have another explanation for going as far as refusing to give me a refund other than to escalate the situation, please I would like to hear it. I had not yet received any products, not even the cups for the fountain drinks so Is that also a new policy of McDonald's no refund for an unhappy customer. No one should experience the trauma I experienced inside McDonald's store #4021, no one! What kind of person would I be if I did not try and do anything and everything to ensure that no other black person, no person experiences this at a place where most of us with children and grandchildren could not avoid if we wanted to?

30/12/21 - did a coffee run for the family this morning. Repeated my order twice to ensure that it would be correct. The order was written wrong, from the receipt that I received. I received 7 cream in 1 coffee. Another coffee was a med 2 cr 2 splenda, that coffee had triple triple added to it. I could hear all the comments the other staff was making. The staff seemed to not have a good command of the English language. The Manager seemed to be right there and the order was still wrong. All coffee was only warm and not hot. Not impressed McDonald's Embrun. Maybe A&W should get my business instead. Customer service here is UNACCEPTABLE and how come coffee orders always seem to get mixed up. The drive thru configuration, they got that wrong and it is just a matter of time before 2 cars hit each other head on. When you drive into the drive thru, that should be an IN ONLY entry versus in and out traffic because you are coming out of the drive thru right into traffic coming out of the Independent grocery store. Sooo disappointing!!!

I believe that there should be no moving of vehicles at McDonalds. They make you wait while 10 vehicles are served and your waiting for your paid order. Then your order is not hot. Ritson Road and Dean Avenue was where I had my bad experience.

If McDonald's supports this scamdemic and Vax passports you are supporters of NAZISM. You should be a shamed of yourselves. You deserve the Karma that will come for all of you. You support the corruption of governments and health canada. From a true Veteran 🇨🇦

My mom and I visited the Macdonalds by Haney place. We both had the new Bacon crispy onion burger. We were not at all impressed. False advertising. The bacon was only half a strip cut in half again and there was only a teaspoon of crispy onions on at most.There was so much sauce it made a mess of our hands and was oozing out the sides. Not at all like the one in the ads. The fries were only luke warm and weren't even full. Totally disappionting.

I just wanted to know why when you go to MacDonald's and order a burger, why does it never look like what they advertise??? (I have photo's).

Two days in a row i ordered a coffee and a fruit and fiber muffin from the drive through in Elmira, when I got to work my muffin was a chocolate chip muffin that I can't eat. The second day I ordered the same but this time i checked and it was wrong again.
I complained and they got me the right one. They wanted the wrong muffin back after I had touched it and I hope that they didn't resell it!
