Awful, awful company. Keep taking money from my account once a year, This time £109, but I do not use them, I use another antivirus company. This is fraudulent activity they are con men. I recommend giving this company and very wide berth, if I could take them to court I would.

An ultimately bad company and service. This terrible antivirus is the actual virus concealing itself on other installer's. For example, I install an app. In a setup, McAffee will conceal itself in between chosing directory and next button. So if you carelessly install an app without reading the installer. You'll accidentally install this virus antivirus.

Forcibly signed up as part of a new broadband package. Tried to cancel, no cancel or contact links anywhere on the account page. I don't want your junk software. It's bad enough that you're making deals like this without making it so difficult to opt out.

Neuer Laptop und schon stinkt's nach McAfee-Schleichwerbung! Die haben so viel mit Virenschutz zu tun, wie ich mit Ballett. Kauft einen echten Virenscanner, aber verschwendet keine Sekunde und kein Geld an diesen Müll!

Bought a new laptop which seemed to come with a month's free McAfee anti virus protection, however, I was constantly bombarded with pop ups from McAfee telling me that my laptop was at risk (it wasn't!) and I had to renew and enhance my protection- which when I looked at it- was expensive. The laptop was unusable as the pop-ups covered my browser and the moment one was deleted another popped up. I eventually managed to turn the notifications off, but will now never go near McAfee again. I think that the company's very hard-sell is counterproductive and would put off any customer from using it.

Og her til morger den 11 april 2023 kun har igen trukken 629 på min kunto i bedes straks sende penge retur og skrevet de ikke vil politi anmoder for misbruget kort oplysning med bedrageri samt vil anmelder jer til den styre kreditkort i Danmark den her sag er tomhed for frækhed først engang og nu kun 12 dage efter gør i det igen
Og nu tænker på om jeg oprette en Facebook gruppe med afvarsler mod jeg Mcafee

Received a charge from McAfee for $149.99 on my credit card 3-21-23. I did not make the transaction with them. I called and asked them what the charge was about and they told me I did not have an active account with them and could not find the transaction.

I told them I did have an account that I paid $129.99 for 3-22-22 and expires 4-19-23. I told them I had the email from them confirming that and that sent me regular emails. They said they could not find the account, the payment transaction and they can find no emails being sent to me. I was trying to give them the email dates and read the confirmation from 2022 and they kept talking over me saying it did not exist.

Concerning the current charge of $149.99, they said they would email me a case number and call by end of day. Of course they did neither. This was Tues. Wed I called back and had to go through the whole thing again they gave me a case number and promised a call. Later I get a call recognize the number, they let it ring once and hung up. Later I get an email saying they tried to call but couldn't reach me. Said the case was resolved and considered closed. Call today very rude man tells me no email was sent and even if the case was closed it was still open. They can't refund the charge because I don't have an account and they can't find a transaction to verify charge. Told me to send them the bill! What bill? Hung up on them, called my credit card company and reported it as fraud. They are investigating McAfee.

Firewall’en virker slet ikke på Mac. Så køb et andet og bedre virusprogram.

Predatory marketing, making it really hard to cancel

Firewall fungerer ikke på mac. Efter utallige henvendelser til support og geninstallationer en masse virker det stadig ikke over en periode på 2 år. Support kan heller ikke finde ud af det. Undskyldningen er, at de 'ikke kan følge med Apples opdateringer'. Men come on, hvordan kan I så kalde jer en af de bedste antivirusprogrammer til mac??!!
I øvrigt er det umuligt at redigere i emner, der er sat i karantæne. De er bare låst og man får hele tiden fejlmeddelelse om det.

Segna tutto come virus e non riesco a fatturare

De bliver ved med at sende mig ting om at der er viruser på min pc. Da jeg har lavet en windows scanning viser den ikke noget de vil betales for at fjerne den virus som man ikke har.

Jeg er IKKE INTERESERET i jeres tilbud.

FÅ DET VÆK!!!!

I clicked on not renew on the virus program, and the last month I have received 30+ emails pr day, saying all my devices are in danger, they are not, i have choosen another virus program. The unsubscribe link does not work . fkc you mcaffee - respect a big NO

Jeg har på intet tidspunkt aktivt givet tilsagn om løbende abonnementfornyelse af et MacAfee produkt. Jg ønsker ikke at mit abonnement fornys. For at gøre det helt klart har jeg dd annulleret den automatiske fornyelse på jeres hjemmeside. Jeg skal ikke undlade at gøre opmærksom på, at det er kompliceret at navigere på jeres hjemmeside når man ønsker at afbryde et kundeforhold (her abonnementfornyelse). Jeg fik ingen kvittering for min opsigelse af abonnementet. Jeg bemærker også at MacAffee ligger meget lavt i kundevurderinger hos Trustpilot, og bemærker også at I ikke svarer på de kundeklager der offentliggøres på Trustpilot.
