The most terrible customer service, days go by without replies and you can never speak to people. For a healthcare company they are the worst!

A bit more expensive than the usual places, however items arrive on time and very quickly everything is packed well in cooling packs. Very pleased with the service.

We are a dedicated weight management clinic set up by a team of experienced professionals specialising in providing weight management services in one of the most elegant and glamorous parts of the world, Mayfair. All of our medication is dispensed and shipped directly from a UK-based, GPhC registered Pharmacy. We offer weight loss injections such as Wegovy (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide) as part of our medical weight loss treatment. We have combined the latest clinical evidence and years of knowledge in weight management to design a bespoke online consultation process. The online consultation along with the expertise of our clinical team enables us to recommend and support you with appropriate and effective management treatments.

Good and Reliable Service

Reliable, with good customer service. I needed advice switching from one drug to another. It was promptly given. I receive my repeat prescription in good time. I recommend them.

Do not go anywhere else. These guys are the real deal

I recommend them because they don't mess about like these all other companies who ask you all sorts of questions.

These ones ask important questions and you receive your item well packed.
I trust their item so far, I've got no issues and will continue to use them until I get the results I want.

Happy customer

Order was made and received 2 days later, only minor issue is the ice block had slightly melted and box was a little wet

Constantly tried to get hold of them…

Constantly tried to get hold of them for over two weeks ,
The conversation usually goes the same way,
Full of people that say they
Are receptionists only and they can't get through to customer services ,
No one ever phones you back or emails you back ,
Ps the receptionist can take your money tho
( surprise surprise )
But can not even locate your order
Proper blaggers
Avoid at all costs !
Current midway through a treatment plan without any product
