Avoid at all costs! Notorious for over subscribing orders when they don’t have enough stock in place to fulfil them and then they try to offload you with a lower strength of dose after they’ve taken your payment. I would use another, more reputable provider.

Absolutely appalling company, ordered medication and have not been delivered anything. Reached out with various emails and via form on their website. Contacted them and was advised it’s ’on its way’. Please avoid and don’t fall into their trap, there are very reputable companies out there such as Numans, MedExpress, Online Pharmacy who provide excellent service and very fast delivery and consultation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They used to be reliable. When it seemed that the price of Mounjaro was going to rise they were offering bundles of multiple months of treatment. I paid for three months. The medication was never delivered. Then they shut down their phone line. Despite multiple emails they never refunded the money. More than. £700 they took from me

Have used this company for over a year with little problem. Recently ordered 3 month supply (spending almost £800!) they've taken my money and 3 weeks later I've still not got my medication or received any correspondence. They've put an announcement on their website saying they've closed their phone lines and to email if urgent enquiry. Not good enough! If they can't fulfil the order, don't take the cash!

I've been waiting over 3 weeks since I paid for my medication and I have not received it. I've send 2 emails and haven't had a reply.

I have used this company for over a year but something has gone seriously awry. I paid for prescription almost a month ago and I have not received my medicine. The phone lines are shut down and my numerous emails have gone unanswered, despite my threatening to escalate matters!

I think this company must have run into difficulty and I would avoid ordering from them.

Update. They did eventually contact me and supplied the medication. And apologised. So it was sorted a month after I placed my order.

Starting to think I may have fallen victim to a scam. I paid for my medication which they said would be 24 hours delivery, since then there has been no contact, won't answer emails, won't send a refund. So yeah, I think they may be a scam company.

Update.
After nearly a month I finally received my refund.
Not a scam. But personally I won't use them again. They were the most expensive provider and I thought customer service might come with that but unfortunately it didn't.

Always a good service and delivery are fast .

I have used them twice before with no issue but the last time I used them there was an issue with shipping the product. 30 days after paying for it there is no sign of my pen. And when I try to email to find out about it they take more than a week to reply. Not acceptable.

This company is a scam do not order from them!!
They took money from my account a week ago when I ordered before it was approved. No one can tell me where my order is or what is going on with it. I have called and they said they would call back and I have not heard anything and now cannot get through to them. I have sent an email too and not received any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

My first order with Mayfair Clinic went through fine with no issues. But my latest experience has been an absolute disgrace.

They took my money immediately, yet I received no confirmation that my prescription was approved, no updates, and no item. So I called to ask what was going on… and the person on the phone hung up on me. When I tried to call back several times, the phone rang endlessly before going to voicemail. Now they screen my number and hang up immediately every time I call.

It is blatantly clear they are avoiding contact. This is not just unprofessional, it’s appalling. For a clinic dealing with people’s health, this kind of behaviour is inexcusable.

Where is my order? Why is there no communication? Why is nobody accountable? The service feels like it’s being run by untrained individuals looking to make a fast buck with no care, no courtesy, no credibility.

Mayfair Clinic, you owe me an explanation, a refund, or preferably both. Until then, I strongly advise others to steer well clear.

Once again, this clinic has let me down with the promise of a call back! They took two payments from my bank, I only placed one order. Called them yesterday, could only speak to a receptionist who can’t even access your order who promised me customer service would call me back. I have had no call back and will now have to do a charge back on my credit card. This clinic is not fit for purpose

I would advise people do not use this company. Totally unprofessional. I had my first order of wegovy delivered but encountered problems with my second order. The real problem was how they dealt with it. I contacted them 4 times you only get through to a receptionist and leave a message. They do not get back to you. They took £198 from me but the order was never processed. In the end I emailed and got a response the next day saying my order was due to be dispatched but it was missed out by a colleague error. Pathetic. Don't use them I have gone to Boots now

They don’t care about their customers. Bought a pen, it was faulty. They are one of the most expensive places selling them so I expected customer service. I had to send the pen back as they didn’t believe it was faulty. I sent it back. They have ignored me since then. No answers to emails, nothing.

Buy elsewhere. I have friends who have had the exact same issue!

They always say they didn’t collect the pen to everyone- it was collected and I have proof!

Wish I’d read the latest reviews before ordering, I have experienced the same customer service and haven’t had my prescription yet. I’ll try and get a refund, not sure how this work!

Placed an order last week and asked for it to be delivered on Friday. Mark from 'customer service' reassured me in writing that it will and that it will be dispatched first thing Friday morning with DPD. Friday morning comes, no DPD, no parcel. Friday noon comes still no DPD, still no parcel. I email Mark to ask him where the parcel is, but Mark doesn't respond. I call the clinic, the clinic says that someone from customer service will get back to me, and of course, they did not. Now this is not the first time this has happened, and it is a bit dubious because whenever I call, the receptionists picks up - regardless of what time or what day and they say that customer services are busy. Busy with what? Because they are clearly not dispatching orders.

Moving on, of course I do not receive the order over the weekend and Monday comes. So today, I call said customer services and of course reception answers and of course they cannot put me through customer service because they are yet again busy (at this point I am starting to think that they might be Santa's elves given how busy they are), but they also cannot put me through a manager because the manager is also busy (probably Santa himself). The last person I spoke to was Julie who told me that she cannot put me through customer service nor can she give me the name of the manager. Julie, just like the other receptionists that I spoke to before could only help me with passing notes to customers service to tell them to call me. I think there must be about 5 notes passed so far since Friday and these guys are so busy. I now feel I am in school where we pass notes to one another.

Nevertheless I shall not be ordering from them again and shall complain via more official channels. Until then sharing my experience with the world.

Been using them for 8 months they have been great up until two weeks ago…I have not received my dose and I’m pre-diabetic…I’m fine with them not dispensing my pen but the least they can do is refund me…very disappointed. Called numerous times and constantly being transferred to the receptionist.

Can’t believe I am writing this as have used for a while and always been good but the last month it has went so downhill and they are providing faulty pens! I had 2 out of my 4 doses and when I went to take my third it wouldn’t work - nothing came out and it was jammed. I’ve emailed 4 times and called - the receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to and basically accused me of lying and saying I definitely used all 4 doses, she just wanted me off the phone!! Why would I lie about that when I’ve happily used since January and never had a problem with paying for my pens? Really upset about this and to top it off I panic bought a new one because I have went over the time of taking my 3rd dose and they’ve not even dispatched it!!

I was apprehensive about my order after reading the negative reviews, however my order came seamlessly. Very easy experience and would recommend.
