I have ordered 2-3 times from here. I have even gotten two-day shipping. The orders are packed with extreme care and I've never had an issue receiving the order. The only thing I would recommend to improve is their website navigation.

I got exactly what I paid for

Thank you for placing your first order with MAXAROMA, and we are truly sorry that it didn't go the way you had planned. This order was a birthday gift, and we understand how disappointing it was to miss the delivery after you had arranged your whole day around it.
Here is what happened. Some shipments require a signature, either because of the order or because the carrier requires it for certain delivery areas, and in those cases the carrier decides how and where the package is delivered. We cannot override a carrier's signature requirement, and our team cannot redirect a package once it is with the carrier. Because the signature could not be completed, UPS sent your package to a nearby Access Point for pickup. We wish we had been able to make that easier for you.
We also want to apologize for the confusion that followed. An automated confirmation email you received did not match what our team had told you, and we are sorry for the stress that caused. Our team has issued you a refund as a gesture of goodwill, and a manager has spoken with you about it.
