Worst customer service ever!
I’m not here to review the jewellery because I never received the parcel, but I’m here to review their customer service. First of all, they messed up my address as they didn’t put the address in exact order as I provided. My local courier informs that the parcel was been delivered, but I never really received the parcel. I had communicate with their CS through email about this situation for twice and after that I email them few times but they never reply my email ever since. They refuse to take the responsibility and just want me to contact my local courier and ask all my neighbours if anyone has received my parcel. I’m not really happy about the experience with them and this is the worst customer service I ever encountered!

I am really satisfied with my purchase
I am really satisfied with my purchase, the earrings seem very good quality. The hoops are a bit heavier than I imagined but not uncomfortably so. The gold has a darker bronzy tone to it, very different and I like it.

Can't begin to explain how much I love both the customer service and the actual jewelry.
They had Valentine's day promotion and they forgot to send me a pair of FREE earrings, so they reached out to me and gave me a gift card without asking for it.
I ordered a beautiful pair of hoops and a necklace, they are so nice and the quality is amazing.
I'll for sure order again! :)

Los pendientes son geniales, y el color es un dorado precioso, pero pesan bastante a mi parecer, hace poco que los tengo pero tengo otras cosas de acero inoxidable y no pierden el color, a parte de que tienen garantía.
