Easy to order, had a problem with delivery which is sub contracted. Spoke to mattress direct and customer services were helpful in trying to resolve. Apart from that a good overall experience.

A wonderful mattress, reasonably firm but the memory foam layer on top makes it very comfortable indeed. Our 7 year old is delighted with it. Good support right to the edge, too. And great value. Delivery was quick and easy. Would be very happy to use this company again.

order went through fine................. but delivered wrong mattress, I didn't notice untill the transort company phoned and demanded the mattress back although it had be taken to the bedroom and put on the bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a farce, A good job my wife had got up!!!!!!!!

The bed was as described, and well protected. The delivery firm originally gave a date. This was followed up by a slot- morning or afternoon, this was followed up by a phone call to narrow down the delivery time to within an hour. The delivery company carried the bed upstairs, very carefully, to protect both the bed and the decorations on the stairs.

I had very quick and courteous service. The mattress is lovely.

When I ordered the mattress I was under the impression it was a next day delivery so was surprised a few days later to be asked to confirm delivery date. By then we had paid and it arrived over 2 weeks later.

It is rare to experience a level of service as high as the one I received from this company... from the telephone response, the helpfulness of the staff, the extra mile they went to to source the product I needed and then to the ordering, delivery and the product itself. I cannot recommend this company and this particular product enough. Beautiful bed, memory foam matress, delivery within three days as promised. Amazing. Thank you... I have a VERY happy 12-year-old.

The only thing that could have made it better was the courier phoning to give me an estimated delivery time! But the driver did give me half hout to get home so I could take the delivery so all in all a fantastic service and a good quality mattress. I would deffinately buy from these again.

I was unsure which mattress to buy so i rang the company. The information I received was very helpful and helped me to make my decision. The prices were excellent compared to other providers. I chose a cushioned top, no turn mattress. I knew that the Slumberland mattress I chose would be of good quality as it is a reputable long standing company. The arranging of delivery was simple and the delivery time about 10 days. The delivery men were helpful and took the mattress upstairs and removed all packaging. The quality of the mattress is excellent and 'sleeps' well. much better than our previous mattress from another reputable company. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Very easy to order - great choice. Kept updated on status of order and delivery happened when it was supposed to. Delivery men carried the mattress up to the correct room for me. Very pleased with the mattress and the service.

Hi, I have bought this mattress for a guest room. Before the purchase, I have checked the spec on the website and spoke to customer service but when I received the actual product, it was no where near to what I was told/read.
On the website, it says the height of the mattress will be 20 cm. When I phoned and asked the customer service agent, I was told it would be around 20-22 cm. When I have received the actual product, the spec. written on the cover was saying the height is only going to be 18 cm (not 20-22 cm). After the initial rest period (48 hours) the ACTUAL height of the mattress is only 15-16 cm.
I have asked the agent if the mattress is good enough for an everyday use and she assured me that 'ALL our products are made for everyday use'. But this mattress is extremely uncomfortable and may cause back problems if being used for everyday for a longer period!!
This, in a way is a false advertisement by mattress.co.uk! And the the worse thing is that I cant even afford to return this product because according to their return policy I have to pay £50 charge. This is completely unacceptable because you cant see/feel the actual product until you actually receive it and you still have to pay £50 return charge for their fault (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT from Mattress.co.uk!)

I am very disappointed with this product, and WILL NOT recommend this to any of my friends.

I was so impressed with the price, service and product when I ordered a mattress for my brother that I have now placed an order for another bed for myself, wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I bought a single mattress through mattress.co.uk. The ordering process and arranging delivery was straightforward and on the day we received a cheerful call from the delivery men to let us know they would be with us in a hour. Having a 3 hour delivery slot was exceedingly helpful. The mattress itself is exactly what we were looking for, and was put in the room of our choice on delivery.
I will look here first if I am ordering a mattress again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We bought the Kingsize Divan with 2 drawer storage (Med firm). What a pleasure to sleep on. Great quality, and great service.

the mattress I ordered wasn't bad for the price, bit noisy -.-.... coil, £75 down from £200.. other than that, would definitely use this service again..
