I couldn't make the first suggested delivery. Second delivery booked and phoned an hour before delivery to say they would be with us within the hour and they were. Very frendly.

I HAVE BEEN SO PLEASED IN EVERY ASPECT OF MY PURCHASE FROM MATTRESS.CO.UK !! NOT ONLY DO THEY OFFER THE BEST COMPETITIVE PRICES BUT ALSO HAVE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PURCHASE TO DELIVERY. I EVEN HAD THE BED ASSEMBLED BY THE VERY HELPFUL CEVA DELIVERY COMPANY. I WAS ABLE TO ARRANGE A SUITABLE DAY AND TIME FOR DELIVERY AND EVEN GIVEN A CALL JUST BEFORE THE PROMPT ARRIVAL OF MY NEW BED ARRIVED. JUST AN EXCELLENT SERVICE WHICH I WOULD SAY IS SECOND TO NONE !! I AM SURE YOU WOULD NOT BE GIVEN AS GOOD SERVICE FROM THE BIG DEPARTMENTAL STORES.

Their delivery was not prompt, I had to wait about 2 weeks from when I had ordered and paid for the mattress for it to be delivered. However the website clearly showed when it had available delivery spots and stuck to this time. I was willing to wait a bit longer for delivery as I felt that they offered pretty good value for quality compared to other sites.
They stuck to their delivery time and kept me updated, even texting me with a 3 hour delivery slot in which it would be delivered within the week, which I found very reasonable. (Compared to most companies giving some ridiculous guessing game of possible 8 hour slots). They also phoned when they were on they're way.

It was delivered nicely in good condition and so far I am very pleased with it. I have found it a little softer than I expected but definitely a million times better than my old mattress. I am already realizing an improvement in my sleep and less muscular pain/aches.

I would definitely consider using Mattress.co.uk again in the future.

Great that they confirm delivery a couple of days in advance giving a 3 hour window then call 1 hour before they actually arrive - takes the pain out of waiting for someone to hopefully turn up. Driver and his mate offered to carry the mattress up stairs, really helpful friendly guys. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Found this company on the website whilst searching for beds for my twin boys. They were very helpful when I rang to enquire about the beds in question. Beds arrived when promised no problems wished I had used them prior to buying to my own bed!

From choosing the bed to booking the delivery, I was kept informed all the way ,the bed arrived on the day in perfect time and condition and at a very competative price.

Delivered on time, even thought the lorry had a flat tyre en-route!

I ordered my mattress online - easy system to use and I picked the day I wanted it delivered. Got a text the day before to remind me it was coming and what time slot, on the day the delivery driver rang me to say he would arrive in an hour, which he did. When the mattress came it was no problem for the guys to take it upstairs for me. I'm really pleased with my mattress and would recommend this company to anyone. Brilliant!

the mattresses i ordered were sold for a good price. they were delivered bright and early on the day i expected. we received a phone call to tell us that the delivery was 30 minutes away, which was very helpful.
it's a shame that taking away the old mattresses was not an option offered.

£100 cheaper then other online stores very happy with mattress

Was able to choose delivery day- even a Saturday - and was phoned the day before to be told the approximate time and before delivery by the driver. Very stress free. I would note that the mattress in the picture is not the one delivered. Looking at silentnight website the correct picutre is there but not on the mattress.co.uk website. this is quite mis-leading

The service and mattress was just as we expected and the best thing of all, it was the cheapest on the net. It was a task finding your website as the other more pricey sites took priority. The negative point I would have to comment on is the delivery time I would be good if it could be delivered within a few days rather that a few weeks, furthermore what may help you is the collection of old mattress as now we have to dispose of the old one. overall a good deal and product to match. Highly Recommend it to others

Good service delevey and lovel mattress

The order process is quick and easy. The part about the booking delivery dates while you book is wrong, I booked my date. When they phoned next day to confirm order I was told the system was wrong and you can't book dates when ordering, so I had to wait another 10 days for delivery.
The delivery team were great, phoned on morning of delivery and were an hour early, so no waiting around all day.
In general the service was good and the 2 mattresses arrived in perfect condition and were as described.

I had looked at the price of Silent Night at local 'discount' stores and was quite happy with what I had found, at about £799. Then I thought I would check the internet just in-case and came across Mattress.co.uk by chance.

Everything about them was brilliant, the quality, price and help. I was able to get the same 2 drawer divan, with mattress and a second mattress, better than the one I had initially found, for £399, less than half price. All good!

Unfortunately the attitude of one of the delivery people soured the experience. I asked them to take their shoes off to go upstairs (as I have painted stairs and as they said they have steel toe-capped boots!). One of them then threatened to sue me if he slipped and then went on to say, I quote "I don't like going upstairs, even with carpet". Let's rewind that - a bed delivery man who doesn't like to go upstairs to the bedroom!? Then they couldn't get it upstairs, so having lost it with them by this time, I told them to leave it in the hall and surprise surprise, I was able to get it into the room. Don't judge the bed by the delivery, everything about the product is A1.
