I really love shopping at Matte collection! My order always come quickly with no issues and my items also always are exactly how I ordered them. So the quality for me is really good. That’s why I’ve been a customer for many years.

I’m in love with every piece received! The sizing is always perfect! Quality is A-1 and shipping was quick!

Loving my sweats! Fit is true to size. I’m 5’2” and 134 pounds and the small sweats are a perfect fit. I could fit a medium too if I wanted a looser look. Quality is amazing.

Clothes are always quality and they are fair with returns, and provides random discounts that come in handy.

I loved all the pieces and everything came as described. Sizing was also very accurate. I also appreciated that the company reached out after my order was delivered to makes sure I received my order and that I liked everything.

These people are absolutely scammers. They offer three options for shipping via UPS. I paid for the “Next day Air” delivery which was highest cost but yet they won’t ship it as that. They will ship as “Air saver” which was the 2nd option. What’s the point of charging for the higher and faster delivery option if you’re still going to ship it a different method. My package arrived a week late because it was initially lost in processing by UPS. Their customer service is non existent. They don’t respond to that customer service email AT ALL! You will never get a follow up if there’s an issue. There’s no customer service phone number. It’s all around horrible. The swimsuit colors delivered don’t actually match what’s on the website. I ordered the Azul snake skin one piece and cover up. it definitely was not that bright pretty from the picture. It was more darker navy blue. Not even close.

I paid for two day air it’s been 7 days thus far still no response or product.. don’t order with an expectation of fast service. I have a trip and nothing but they took the 25$ for two day service.. joke

Never again. Terrible customer service, scamming return policy, and misrepresentation of products. The quality is very poor and they offer little to no resolution. I don’t know how this company gained popularity in the first place but it’s clear the reason must be because they don’t care that they are being scammed.

Don’t do it i know it looks popular on instagram but honestly think its a scam site tbh the owner posts on instagram all day but ignores buyers it’s like I wonder does this company have any workers nobody answers emails or comments about your order strongly dont recommend you will be left in the dark honestly i dont know how this business is still going.

FYI— I dont even leave reviews and i made it my business to leave one for this company because I can’t believe this site just gets away with not even emailing a customer back about their order and I know she sees the emails it’s so unprofessional and insane. Very sad I wasted my money here.

I ordered the VENICE DISTRESSED DENIM SET. The outfit has a terrible chemical smell. The quality is bad. It reminds me of something you can get at Rainbows or Charlotte Rue. SHEIN has better quality. Still waiting on return response. Order #8382

Shipping is slowww! My order was “supposedly” shipped on 1/14/25 and as of today, 1/22/25, there has been no update to the tracking info. The tracking info states USPS is awaiting the item. Every time I reach out to customer service they keep telling me to give it more time. Never again! Save your money and buy with a more reliable merchant.

I placed an order on 1/2 and it still hasn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service on 1/15 and was lied to about my order being delayed due to inclement weather - “ We apologize for the delay. The order should begin updating this week. USPS picks up from our facility and we experienced some inclement weather delays. We look forward to you receiving your order.” Yes it snowed but a label was created days prior to it snowing, so why wasn’t my order shipped? When I pointed the lie out to them and tried to confirm that my order would be shipped by 1/18, I received this response: “I understand your frustration. The tracking information will update once scanned.” Still not shipped as of today. I will never spend my money with this company again.

My first few orders with this company were a great experience, but the shipping and customer service is complete garbage now. I placed an order on 12/1/24, then the items that I ordered went on sale the next morning. I reached out to see if I could get a price adjustment and they declined by simply saying they couldn’t. That seems like bs to me, and my items didn’t even ship until i reached again on 12/12 asking for an update on my shipping. No explaination or response to my email. Just a shipping confirmation. Super disappointed in this brand.

I ordered on November 28th. There hasn’t even been a label created. Very bad shipping.

I ordered $187.00 worth of items. I am. Still missing 3 items. I have been ordering from them since 2021. This is the first time. Their customer service is crap. No response no items. I love their clothes but if I do not get my items it is bye bye to Matte Collections.

I have ordered from Matte before as was pleased with my choices. The problem arises when you are not pleased and need to return!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not, I repeat, do not make the mistake of purchasing the "mystery box"...which isn't a box at all. They should call it the "cleaned out the scraps closet" bag. That is what it looks like they did. Old fashioned, dowdy looking pieces. Two were the exact same in different colors and a sad little wrap!!! Matte customer service is sickening. You have to pay to return anything and then they will ignore your return and not process a refund until you message them constantly. AND when you finally get your refund (if you do), they will hold back the shipping you already paid too!!!! What in the world??!!! I paid that too already, how in the heck do you all get to keep it!!! They are greedy and now I no longer want anything from that company. Buyer beware! You can find nicer suits from a number of places with much better customer service and refund policies.

Shipping was phenomenal!!!! I purchased my order during the BOGO sale and received my order within 3 days!!! WOWWWWW I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be my go-to for swimwear!!
