Are you mad? All I can say is if you’re thinking about it do it! You will not be disappointed. I can’t say anything bad about these guys made me a custom 1 of 1 shoe to mark me winning a bugzy Malone chain and did a great job I will be back! When I have new ideas 💡, as for price I would love to loan but I can’t. The shoe it’s self is about 150+ charged £390 all in and honestly bargain. The little touches Matt custom paper.. and the metal lace think.. but still provided the original nike ones. Thank you Matt

What a great company
What a great company ! communication was brilliant from start to finish and when I gave my ideas for what design I wanted they came up with an even better design than I ever imagined. quick turnaround and will definitely buy again.

Stands behind his products and work!
Running a great business involves trying to always get things right, but also handling things when they go wrong. My first pair of shoes had a couple issues, and Matt was incredibly calm, approachable and thoughtful about getting it fixed. In this case, he was able to take them back and make the necessary adjustments, proving that he stands behind the quality and workmanship of his products. I look forward to buying more from MattB Customs in the future!

Absolutely beautiful, bought this as a present for my husband (who is a tennis shoe lover) and he absolutely love how unique and original they are, very happy with the order and their customer service.

Took about 5 weeks to receive my personalised cut & sews but it was worth the wait! Absolute fire! The customer service was really prompt and kind aswell. Thank you so much, I ordered twice already & will order again :)

Shoes came out better than expected
Shoes came out better than expected, high quality and look great. The only downfall is it takes a while to ship because they are custom but if you don’t mind waiting it’s worth it.

Solid custom shoes, amazing customer service
Not only do they offer you any custom design with any shoe combination you want, they are also amazing in their customer service: they tell you exactly what VAT and customs you'll need to pay, when the shoes will be sent out, when they'll make their way to you. They always answer emails promptly. Will most likely order from them again in the near future.

Definitely recommend! My order was shipped and arrived within the expected time frame and have arrived exactly as I designed them! I used their software to design my own custom Jordan 1 mids and added my name, they were perfect.

Canada Customs …
Ordered two pairs of shoes for my Son and his Girlfriend who live in Canada,
Being a bit of a technophobe the design page was easy enough to use, and clear consultation and communication to ensure the designs were on point.
Designs selected and modified to work around the Nike tick ( an orca whale) and a custom pattern for the Addidas skate shoe to match his skis
Packaged and delivered to Canada in time for Christmas.
I am pleased to report both are over the moon with the customised shoes, and praised the quality of the workmanship.
Thanks to all the staff at MattB's for all their hard work.

Low quality, look fake
The shoe showed up and they just look like a middle schooler art project. The material for the swoosh was not even cut evenly and now they won’t return emails to discuss a return. I understand these are custom pieces but for the price the quality wasn’t there.

We did respond to your emails and after discussing your concerns issued your refund the following day. We don't tend to offer returns but as you were not happy with your pair we honoured it despite this being against our T&Cs. I've just come across this review and a little confused as to why it was posted after you received your refund.
