Great Experience
The driver texted as soon as my plane landed to let me know he was at the airport. My flight was 30 minutes early so this was a pleasant surprise. The driver waited through the baggage pickup process which took a long time at JFK. The ride was quick and efficient and the driver was very friendly.

Never stranded
Having used Matrix over the years I have always been treated with prompt and courteous service by all drivers but especially by Rafiq. A scheduled flight from LaGuardia was canceled after sitting on the tarmac for nearly 3 hours and trying to re-book after another 3 hours I called Matrix to take me back home expecting another long wait. That was not the case. Rafiq was was dispatched and waiting while I was still navigating the airport and took me home to fly another day. Thanks to all at Matrix.

Matrix is great
I have been using Matrix for years for my rides to and from the airports. The drivers are friendly and respectful, they are always on time and the cars are spotless. You can't ask for anything more.

Great experience
My experience riding with Matrix Limos was terrific. The driver arrived on time. He was professional and courteous, and the car was immaculate. I arrive at my destination promptly, even with heavy traffic.

Matrix Limos is Fantastic
We have used Matrix Limos several times for our transfer to and from the airport. They're always punctual and even a little early, which is very reassuring since we tend to be nervous travelers. The drivers are always courteous
as well as pleasent and the vehicle is always very clean. We highly recommend Matrix Limos!
