Matrix did a good job in service and communication. The problem for us is that these five star all inclusive hotels (Sueno de luxe this time) are really only 3 stars. The huge buffet was mediocre at best and personnel not always service minded or English speaking. À la carte restaurants were a bit better, except the Italian, which was terrible.
May I just add, after seen your kind reply, that I understand your disappointment and whilst your service and attitude is very good, I’m afraid that if the hotel that you recommend is 3 stars, then it obviously affects your score even if you’re not directly responsible for the services of the hotel. That’s how it works 😉

Stressfree Group Golf Holiday Experience
Just back from a fantastic golf holiday with pals and our Pro's from Edmondstown Golf Club, Dublin, Ireland. The professionalism of the Matrix team in ensuring all our arrangements were met to the highest standards was very impressive. From dealing with individual email queries both before and during our trip, the responses were extremely helpful and timely. The golf arrangements made on our behalf at three courses were first class, the airport and golf club transfers were very efficient and the courtesy extended by drivers and administrators made our trip run perfectly smoothly. Highly recommend this very professional company to look after your golf holiday in the Belek region. Finally, a special round of applause to Alihan who had very impressively remembered all our group's names by the time we met!
