Had 3 calls over two days most likely…

Had 3 calls over two days most likely normal questions but went on a bit seems to be they have to speak to there manager on some points he must be a busy guy all three calls they had to revert to there manager some confusion as my authority to request quote was refused then he spoke to yes the Manager

Automatic renewal when they jack the…

Automatic renewal when they jack the price up every year. If you phone them they knock it down but it is a yearly pain in the backside.

In regards to our renewals, we renew our policies automatically each year to ensure our customers have the most convenient and efficient experience possible and we do ensure renewal documentations are sent our approximately three weeks prior to the renewal date to ensure you have enough time to decide if you would like to renew the policy.
