Great DCS Server Hosting with Amazing Support
I’ve been using a DCS server from MasterArm and I’m really impressed. The server runs super smooth, no lag or weird issues — just solid performance every time. What really makes them stand out is their support. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond and really knew what they were doing.
You can tell these guys actually care about DCS and their customers. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable DCS server host.

Get Ready - Master Arm On.
Over this past month of having a 16 slot DCS server with MasterArm, They have given me a lot of confidence and I feel like they are a very open, transparent; honest and trustworthy service.
Throughout this time there has been a variety of updates to DCS and a couple of hiccups which is no fault of MasterArm themselves. Whenever there has been an issue, there has been a full investigation into what happened, why it happened, what time things happened and they have came up with solutions which resolved matters very quickly and efficiently.
For such a small team they do very well. Prompt responses through their emails, sometimes those emails are out of their regular support hours which means ultimately they go above and beyond for their customers.
Their customer service is nothing short than excellent. Whilst they're a new and growing company this needs to be taken note of - the company makes you feel valued, they take on board and value your feedback and generally have a good rapport back and forth from provisioning your server all the way to letting you know when something goes wrong (I.e. Cold War Germany map release day).
This is the reason why I've extended my contract and upgraded my 16 slot to a 32 slot for a longer period of time. Not only are they good on price, but the support you receive is second to none.
So I really just want to say thank you to MasterArm for such a great service and being a well oiled machine who cares about their customer base. Don't sleep on these guys if you're looking for a DCS server.... They will always be ready and they're definitely switched on. These guys know what they're doing and it shows.

Great Server Performance and even better support
The server always runs absolutely great and if I have any issues or questions, the support team reaches back in just about 20-30 minutes, which is great!

Mein Server lief nur eine Woche und als er dan abgestürtzt war hatte ich immer wieder versucht anzufragen damit er wieder aktiviert wird aber ich hab bis jetzt noch keine antwort bekommen oder er wurde immernoch nicht aktiviert

Thank you for your feedback. Our logs show that at the time, the server was in “Stopped” status (a manual stop via the GUI), so no crash had occurred. Using the GUI Portal → Start/Restart would have brought it back online within 1–3 minutes. We also sent these instructions by email then, and the server came back up afterwards.
If you’re willing, could you please update your review to reflect the resolution? It really helps other customers. For any future issues.
