A very personal and professional…
A very personal and professional service . I really appreciated the phone call from Lawrence checking whether I really meant to order 4 sets of regalia . This was my mistake as I had only meant to order one . My money for the other 3 sets was swiftly refunded and my regalia arrived as promised . I will definitely shop with them again and will recommend to my other masonic friends and family . Really impressed with the service and the quality of regalia.

Just to clarify on timing: this is a custom-made item with a 20 working day production lead time, and your order (17th July to 7th August) was delivered within that window. You'd also have received email updates confirming your order was in production and again when it was nearly ready for shipping.
We're sorry if the tone or timing of those updates didn't meet expectations — that's useful feedback and we'll take it on board. If you'd like to tell us more, we're happy to listen.

I ordered a name plate for my Masonic…
I ordered a name plate for my Masonic briefcase which took approximately 5 weeks which I knew about. However the wording was incorrect. It should have started with Bro. Followed by my initials and surname and lodge name and number. But the Bro. Was completely missed. Tried to call, left a voicemail but nobody has called me back.
