Buyer Beware - SCAM ALERT

Save your time and money. First tracking information was provided showing my order leaving Grapevine, TX. One day three it moved (according to the SHOP app) to Coppel, TX. Next it didn’t move for weeks. My items did finally arrive in a severely damaged package that shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

When I contacted customer service, Nick told me that I got my order so he didn’t understand the whining.

Next - I’m notified by my credit card company that I have a monthly recurring charge from this company and they want to know if I authorized it. So now I’ve had to cancel my card during the fraud dispute.

The cheap looking jewelry really isn’t worth all this hassle.

I didn’t receive one of the items in my order and when I asked customer support to send it or refund the order, they said the item was in my order by mistake and was not a part of the usual promotion, offering me a mere $1 refund. I am completely dissatisfied with their lack of support and manipulation of me as a consumer into paying for shipping for 2 items when only one was shipped. In fact, I am legally obligated as a consumer to receive my full order as the purchase was a contractual agreement/exchange that they violated. If I could sue I would. Don’t buy here!

SCAM. They charge random charges and never send your order

Life lesson if it seems to good to be true it is not only are their products fakes if you receive them but they won’t reply to email and they will charge you card for no reason other then a subscription that you never sign up for and you can’t cancel. They also won’t let you cancel orders or reply to any email they don’t even send shipping updates as they say they will.

Scam! They force sign you up for rewards and charge you on a reoccurring basis

I placed an order for a deal they had going on and purchased a ring, bracelet and necklace. Right after I placed an order on September 11th. 3 days pass and I see reviews on how this company is a scam so I kindly sent in a request for a refund. 2 more days pass before I get a notification that my order has been sent out and then they decide to tell me the same day that it’s out of their hands now as it’s on its way. It took over 3 weeks to go from Los Angeles to San Francisco which is about 5 hours from each other which is crazy because I know China can get it here faster than that. After opening up and seeing the low quality i kinda expected it from them after my experience but they weren’t even the correct sizing. Box now sits collecting dust.

Worst part about it all is now I’m getting reoccurring charges from them for $64.87 for a “MASIÓN REWARDS CLUB” which I never signed up for and some how got charged 3 times just this month. I’ve reached out three times without a response.

Want the same headache go ahead and pay $31 dollars, wait a year til it arrives only to find out it doesn’t fit. And if that wasn’t enough here comes the hidden charges a month later to reignite the bs you just finally forgot about.

STAY AWAY. this site is a scam, ordering a necklace with automatically sign you up for a subscription which you can’t cancel unless you call your card company. these scammers take $40 monthly from you. steer clear and don’t give these losers your money.

THis company preys on people. Do not order anything from them. They will lure you (or a minor in the case of my family) into a transaction and then begin charging their card for a fraudulent nonexistent service. Don't buy anything from them. They are terrible

Same experience - they will scam you with a monthly billing of $65 even if you never agreed to it. They claim they will refund you but of course delay and ghost you. Unfortunately, even paypal will not help you when it's clearly a fraudulent charge. Customer service is non-existent. "Nick" who responds when he feels like it basically won't help hyou get your money back. Everyone should spread the word and bring this shoddy company down

I didn’t realize they added a reward club membership to my order because there wasn’t a charge and now I’m being charge monthly for the membership. I’ve emailed multiple times try to get it canceled and refunded and I don’t even get an auto response letting me know they received my request there’s no way to get in contact with them.

I ordered stuff and was charged twice so I received double items then a month later was charged 65 dollars twice. I guess that's how they get you. They tell you it's good quality and nt as expensive then they rip you off. I will never buy from them nor will I recommend them to even my worst enemy. I'd leave zero stars if I could. I've contacted customer Support and no one has gotten back. I had to dispute it w my bank. What a joke.

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong sizes. I tried to return them and get the correct sizes but no one a masion has responded. Also I’ve been automatically enrolled in some club which cost me another $60. It’s been 2 weeks no response. I don’t even know what the club does or offers.

Been trying for a week to email message and other ways to get in contact with this company with no response. Need refund

Ordered two chains i received one and then they signed me up for some monthly thing that I tried to cancel. They still charged me for it.I emailed them again to try to cancel it.And then they still charged me for it. It said nowhere when I ordered the chain that that I was going to get charged sixty five dollars the next month.

I like the wheat chain but wished I would’ve gotten a 22 inch length rather than a 20. I emailed and wanted to see if they’d swap it out for a longer one and didn’t hear back from them at all.
It was on me so I just said screw it. I haven’t enjoyed it though bc it’s too short for me.
I went out on a limb and made 2 more orders. I recently received them. Both of them were supposed to have 2 chains. Not only did I only receive 1 chain in each (shorted 2 chains, both with the compass pendants). I was understanding and was getting my emails returned. I realized that the 2 of for that I actually got in, didn’t seem much longer than gold one. I measured them and both 20 inch’s and I ordered all 4 in 22 inches bc of learning the hard way ok my first one. I sent in my order numbers, pictures, and even went back to send pictures next to a tape measure showing that only 2/4 that I actually received were the wrong sizes and once again. Short on me. I have emailed everything they asked for and thought I was going to get taken care of after making 3 orders in less than 2 months. I emailed again yesterday and absolute silence. I was happy with the quality but to short me the 2 pieces that I wanted is one thing. I’ve given 2 weeks or close to it to send me the missing pieces. Then, I realize that the only 2 of four that I actually received….someone send me the wrong sizes on each. I even ask them to make it right and they I didn’t want to leave a bad review. Well, ghosting me after I sent 7-8 pictures and multiple emails on more than one day, order numbers, and everything requested…..I’m can’t get a response. I need my order fixed and to receive what I paid for and that never came. Good quality stuff but horrible in filling orders and customer service…needs serious work or the company won’t last long

Actually so bad. Don’t waste your money on their cheap chains. Even if they’re free don’t bother they are awful

Do not buy I bought from them and a week later they charged my card for an unauthorized purchase.
