SCAM! The worst quality costume jewelry I have bought to date along with all other items they sale. Be careful to the fine print as they enroll you in auto pay $65 a month... THE BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE...

STAY AWAY!!! Esthetically, the chains and pendants look nice. But they are terrible quality. One of the chains I bought broke within 2 weeks. I never received my complete order. One of the chains I purchased with a pendant never arrived. Shipping took forever despite paying for expedited shipping. Their customer service sucks!!! They don’t respond. They didn’t respond when I inquired on status of my order or when I reached out about my other chain not arriving. I will never purchase from this place again or recommend to anyone!!!

I did a $21.99 purchase through Paypal, then one month later was debited of $59.98 with no authorization. The scam is that they include a "Free" Reward Club with any purchase, not saying that they will later charge you monthly for that... Unbelievable to see such scam nowadays! Paypal neither my bank accept to cancel, which make them direct accomplice of that scam. I just discovered that I am not the first, and this runs for a while. Please be smarter than me, don't be the next one

I love the quality of the chains, looks very clean and the details that it has. The thing that I really love is the packaging is top notch

I placed an order a month ago (Order #44111) and still haven’t received the product. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times, but no one has responded. To make matters worse, I received an email today asking me to review a product I never received. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility in handling customers. I need this issue resolved immediately, and I want my money refunded.

The chains took along time to get to me but they are good quality from what I can see I’ve had them on since they arrived. The chains are wearing well feel great and look fantastic.

Great product and fast shipping I have and will in the future recommend masion 100 percent 👌

Company customer service is a joke.
I got overcharged when the chains were 2 for 1. I paid at checkout and it said total for 1 chain then they took double the money out of my bank.

They literally send automatic replies to your complaints or just don’t get back at all.

Then they finally arrived 3 weeks later after being stuck in customs apparently. To which I was shocked at how bad quality they are. I paid for the more expensive ones and they literally look like children’s plastic jewellery.

Hopefully I get a refund sorted but I don’t have much hope.

I wish I read the reviews about them before buying. They have a fantastic marketing team and are conning their clients.

Scam they tack 84 for 20 items and send me only 4 items they didn’t give me refund and also cut 43.47 extra from my account it’s a frude i do police complain on this account

Absolutely cheap and they scam you. Beware of the services they offer. Was automatically signed up for it and didn’t realize until three months later. Billed me $200 for nothing now fighting to get it back is absolutely ridiculous. Stay away.

I did not receive two items in my order i messaged on instagram was given an email for customer service that does not work.

I have ordered a few times and each time they do not send me what I ordered. When they have sales on their website and they allow you to add it to the cart, and then you pay for it, but they don’t send it, makes them look very bad. Also, the items I ordered were not even correct. Different sizes were sent than what I ordered. Also, they sneak a $65 monthly fee in and they do not cancel or refund the issue even after they tell you they will through email. They do not answer phone calls and they do not return your voicemails. They spam your phone and email with scam posts and sales. On top of all that the chains that are supposed to be gold or vermeil are actually magnetic and tarnished out of the package. Stay FAR away from this company unless you want to be lied to, robbed, and ticked off.
Edit: I have now been charged twice today for the same thing they said they would cancel. They keep putting my calls through to voicemail and they won’t return the calls. They’re robbing me 100%.

Masión corrected an issue with no problems. I am happy to say even though there was a discrepancy, Masión too care of and provided a solution with no questions asked. They stand and their business and that's very reputable.

I am writing this Review on behalf of Masion Jewlery being a horribly ran online business. The product itself isn’t bad, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere. I have been waiting months with no email reply’s. I am still being charged for things I have not bought. I will never buy from this company again it is a scam.

False advertisement I didn't receive my necklaces for $1 promotion for them. Never heard back and never received my refund.

Absolute Scammers! They stole $260 from me through multiple seperate transactions after they advertised the first necklace was free ‘just pay for shipping’. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Please stop withdrawing money from my account. I only authorized a one-time order. I’m not sure why you keep robbing my account of various amounts without delivering any product. Please be advised that this place is a scam.
