Ok not great…
They had what I needed and I received it fine. Although the item said in stock on the main page and available for next day delivery, it took a week to arrive.
Delivery offered was 7am to 10am on a Sunday morning, which is a bit much after a working week. But could not affort to reschedule as needed the item, so had to get up early on the off chance it arrived at 7am ( it didn't grr).⁰
They are annoying to deal with as the "live chat" never seems to have anyone managing it and the phone takes a while to get answered.

I am not sure I have ever dealt with a worse company! Too gobsmacked to even explain! AVOID! Also avoid Samsung both shockingly horrific at everything they do! Also have 0 customer service skills! Literally lost for words!

When I was purchasing my tv I select next day delivery option and APC courier send me the email day after but they didn't inform about exact timing. Then there was 4 days delay because my order went to different city..
When I called them they said they will let me know next week about the slot but on Friday night at 9pm they left my tv at front of my door and the box was laying upside down with horrible condition.
And now on bottom part of the tv there is lots of waves on the screen.
I have all the photos and videos that I would like to send and get help about this matter.

Despite other review sites being less than optimal, I can only speak as I find and that is to say how blown away I am at the quality and efficiency of the service provided to me by Stuart at Martin Dawes.
Following on from a poor experience with one of Amazon's suppliers, we had reconciled ourselves to Christmas with our old TV. Yesterday I saw that Martin Dawes had the model we were interested in at the same price despite everyone else's prices have gone up by a couple of hundred.
So I rang them up and spoke to Stuart, not only a real person but possibly a superhero too as it transpired. I was expecting to be told that this was an online price only, that delivery would be post Christmas etc etc.
So I was taken a back when I asked if it could be delivered before Christmas and was told 'you can have it tomorrow'. The price was confirmed which included delivery and the order was placed.
Their courier, DPD, kept us informed of progress and provided a one hour delivery window which they actually beat by a minute!!
All in all a brilliant experience and my brownie points are in positive numbers again.

Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered TV yesterday for next day delivery, phoned up next day to find out time of delivery only to discover TV has not shipped and will not be with me until the following day, 1 day late. They are unable to do anything and not willing\able to put on pre-10am delivery to rectify their mistake. Avoid far better service elsewhere.

Terrible service. I ordered a Hisense 50A6NTUK for next day delivery. The faster delivery was necessary as I was going into hospital 4 days later for a new knee and obviously wanted to get the tv fitted on the wall before this.
Despite trying to contact them when nothing turned up after a few days, I heard nothing back.
On the day of my operation a tv arrived. This TV was incorrect (TCL 50 inch). I've since tried contacting via email, and spent hours on the phone waiting, but it never gets answered. I'm now stuck with a TV I didn't order, with the wrong invoice. I also assume this TV will not be covered by a Warrenty!!
THIS SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
Damaged my tv beyond repair
Entrusted them to carry out a straightforward repair of my tv, which was replacent leds. I paid £99 for the repair, however, whilst the tv was in their care, they damaged the tv screen completely, the tv was then beyond repair. They lied to me and told me the leds didn't work and the fault was actually the tv screen and was unrepairable. They also offered to throw the tv away for me. I didn't trust this information and demanded they return the tv back to me, when the tv was returned, the screen was completely damaged with a big black streak down the centre. They had ruined the tv beyond repair and wasn't even offering to refund me the the repair fee I had paid them. After complaining and asking for compensation, they refunded the £99 fee, but refused to compensate me for the damage they had caused, I had to go out and purchase a brand new tv, I complained numerous times and demanded some sort of compensation towards the ne tv, but they refused. I will now be taking martin dawes to the small claims court. Whatever you do, do not entrust this company to repair your tv or any other device for that matter.
Best Around and Supporting Independent Business
TV ordered online Sunday evening, delivered Tuesday morning for free. I researched the TV I wanted and it came up, with a £15 introductory discount at over £50 less than anywhere else. Excellent service. I was happier spending my money with a smaller independent business than one of the big tech giants.

I’ve placed order for new TV with next day delivery, TV shown in stock so no problem as I tough, status on order show complete and shipped, phoned day after to confirm if my order will be delivered just to find out my order not been processed as is not in stock and need to wait till next week, i could get it from somewhere else at the same price with 3day delivery. So now i need to wait up to 5 working days for refund to order from different supplier then wait for delivery so definitely i won’t have a new tv before Christmas. Very disappointed as they never even offer anything to keep me waiting for few more days. I expect to be treated better after spending £1500 with them as they could make it right but couldn’t be bothered

No Communication
Poor delivery experience. Paid £15 for next day delivery but was let down by APC with constant excuses why they couldn't deliver as contracted. No vehicle in my area, agency driver didn't turn up for work, don't deliver at weekends. Martin Dawes ignore your complaints. I have tried the support app on the website, email, Facebook. They say they haven't received my complaint. Ask for more details and state someone will contact me. They never do. Still awaiting a promised refund of the delivery charge.
